研究目的：

研究申时穴位贴敷止咳效果是否优于上午穴位贴敷止咳效果  

Objectives of Study：

Whether the cough-relieving effect of acupoint application at the Shen Shi (Afternoon, 3-5 p.m.) is superior to that of general acupoint application for cough relief.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患者均符合诊断为肺炎； 2. 年龄 18-80 岁； 3. 无严重心、肝、肾病变； 4. 自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients meet the diagnostic criteria for pneumonia; 2. aged between 18 and 80 years old; 3. without severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases; 4. voluntarily participate in this study and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 因气管、支气管肺部感染，支气管异物，肺结核，胃食管反流等引起的咳嗽患者； 2. 有皮肤疾病不适合穴位敷贴者； 3. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 4. 患有不易控制的精神病史者； 5. 对穴位敷贴胶布过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cough due to tracheobronchial and pulmonary infections, bronchial foreign bodies, tuberculosis, gastroesophageal reflux, etc. 2. those with skin conditions unsuitable for acupoint patching; 3. women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. individuals with a history of uncontrollable mental illness; 5. and those allergic to the adhesive tape used in acupoint patching.

They were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio. Stratified block randomization was adopted for grouping. The stratified factors included factor 1: the specific meridian and acupoint corresponding to the Shenshi Ziwu Liuzhu, and factor 2: the TCM syndrome differentiation type of cough. The block length was 4 or 6. Randomization is accomplished by a central randomization system
