研究目的：

本项目拟明确益智仁-鳄嘴花治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病（DKD）的临床疗效及作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to clarify the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Alpinia Oxyphylla - Clinacanthus nutans in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease (DKD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在我院中医科门诊就诊或住院的DKD患者，自愿入选和配合本研究，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Patients with DKD who visited the outpatient department of Traditional Chinese Medicine or were hospitalized in our hospital voluntarily enrolled and cooperated with this study, and signed the informed consent form

排除标准：

1. 18岁以下或80岁以上； 2. 合并严重心、肝、肺功能障碍； 3. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4. 合并严重凝血功能障碍； 5. 过敏体质者； 6. eGFR＜45 mL/min/1.73 m^2； 7. 伴严重精神心理疾病； 8. 已入组其他临床研究； 9. 对卡格列净、益智仁或鳄嘴花过敏； 10. 使用胰岛素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Under 18 years old or over 80 years old; 2. Combined with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver and lungs; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Combined with severe coagulation dysfunction; 5. People with allergic constitutions; 6. eGFR < 45 mL/min/1.73 m^2; 7. Accompanied by severe mental and psychological disorders; 8. Has been enrolled in other clinical studies; 9. Allergic to capagliflozin, Indocarpus or crocodile's mouth flower; 10. Use insulin.
