研究目的：

构建机器学习预测模型，预测髋关节置换术后下肢静脉血栓的发生风险，并比较几种模型的预测准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

Constructing a machine learning prediction model to assess the risk of lower extremity venous thrombosis after hip replacement surgery and comparing the predictive accuracy of several models.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 岁； 2.行髋关节置换术； 3.临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 18 years; 2.Underwent hip replacement surgery; 3.Complete clinical data available.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肝、肾等器官功能障碍； 2.术前已诊断为下肢静脉血栓； 3.术中或术后发生严重并发症； 4.术前及术后缺少下肢血管超声。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of severe dysfunction in organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys; 2.Preoperative diagnosis of lower extremity venous thrombosis; 3. Occurrence of serious complications during or after surgery; 4.Absence of preoperative and postoperative lower extremity vascular ultrasound examinations.
