调查重庆市社区老年人对痴呆症的知识、态度和预期照料负担情况，为后期干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the knowledge, attitudes, and anticipated care burden regarding dementia among community-dwelling older adults in Chongqing, and to provide evidence for future interventions.

纳入标准：

1.年龄50岁（含）以上，男女均可。 2.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。 3.具备基本的沟通和理解能力，能够完成问卷填写。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 50 years or older (both males and females eligible). 2. Willing to participate in this study and able to provide signed informed consent. 3. Possess basic communication and comprehension skills to complete the questionnaire.

排除标准：

1.汉密尔顿抑郁/焦虑量表、精神行为问卷或现病史等提示其他重大神经精神系统疾病者。 2.中枢神经系统感染、头颅外伤等严重神经系统疾病史，或其他严重躯体疾病无法配合调查者。 3.违反研究规则、依从性差或拒绝参加本项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with indications of other major neuropsychiatric disorders, as suggested by the Hamilton Depression/Anxiety Scale, Neuropsychiatric Inventory (NPI), or current medical history. 2. History of severe neurological disorders (e.g., central nervous system infection, head trauma) or other serious physical illnesses that preclude cooperation with the survey. 3. Violation of study rules, poor compliance, or refusal to participate in this project.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用问卷星和纸质问卷两种方式进行现场调查。问卷回收后，由两名研究人员进行核查和编码，采用双人独立录入，以确保数据录入的准确性。对录入的数据进行一致性检验，查找并更正录入错误。对数据进行逻辑核查，检查异常值和缺失值。若单个问卷的缺失条目超过总条目的20%，则将该问卷视为无效问卷并剔除。对于关键变量缺失比例较低（<5%）且为随机缺失时，采用多重插补法进行处理。所有数据以研究编号代替姓名等可识别信息进行标识；完成所有核查和更正后，对数据进行锁定，生成最终分析数据集。电子数据存储在加密、受密码保护的专用计算机系统中，仅授权研究人员可凭权限访问；纸质问卷存放于研究科室带锁的专用档案柜中，仅限于研究团队成员查阅；研究结果发表时，不会披露任何可识别的个人身份的信息。研究结束后，所有资料将按照相关规定继续保存至少5年，期满后由研究机构统一销毁。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Two methods, namely Questionnaire Star and paper-based questionnaires, were used for on-site surveys. After the questionnaires were collected, two researchers conducted verification and coding. Double independent entry was adopted to ensure the accuracy of data entry. Consistency tests were conducted on the entered data to identify and correct entry errors. Logical checks were performed on the data to detect outliers and missing values. If the number of missing items in a single questionnaire exceeded 20% of the total items, the questionnaire was regarded as invalid and excluded. For cases where the proportion of missing values for key variables was low (<5%) and was randomly missing, the multiple imputation method was used for processing. All data were identified using study numbers instead of identifiable information such as names; after all verification and correction were completed, the data were locked and the final analysis dataset was generated. Electronic data were stored in an encrypted, password-protected dedicated computer system, accessible only to authorized researchers with their permissions; paper questionnaires were placed in a locked, dedicated filing cabinet in the research department, accessible only to members of the research team; when the research results are published, no identifiable personal identity information will be disclosed. After the research is completed, all data will be retained in accordance with relevant regulations for at least 5 years, and after the expiration, they will be uniformly destroyed by the research institution.
