研究目的：

（1）分析老年非小细胞肺癌患者术前衰弱现状及其影响因素。 （2）基于炎性复合指标构建老年非小细胞肺癌患者术前衰弱风险评估模型，并验证该模型的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Analyze the preoperative frailty status and its influencing factors in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer. (2) Construct a preoperative frailty risk assessment model for elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer based on inflammatory composite indicators, and verify the application effect of this model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《中华医学会肺癌临床诊疗指南（2025版）》中非小细胞肺癌的诊断标准；②年龄≥60岁; ③手术指征明确; ④意识清楚，具有一定阅读和作答能力，自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for non-small cell lung cancer in the "Clinical Practice Guidelines for Lung Cancer of the Chinese Medical Association (2025 Edition)"; 2. Age ≥ 60 years; 3. Clear surgical indications; 4. Conscious, with certain reading and answering abilities, voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①患有精神疾病或意识障碍的患者;②合并有急性感染、血液系统疾病、自身免疫性疾病、其他活动性恶性肿瘤；③肝、肾功能衰竭者；④术前进行放化疗者；⑤因疾病卧床、瘫痪等原因而无法下地行走者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental illness or consciousness disorders; 2. Those with acute infections, hematologic diseases, autoimmune diseases, or other active malignant tumors; 3. Patients with liver or kidney failure; 4. Those who undergo radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; 5. Patients who cannot walk due to being bedridden, paralysis, or other reasons.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究通过文献回顾和咨询专家，初步筛选老年非小细胞肺癌患者术前衰弱的危险因素，然后设计相关因素调查表，内容包括一般资料、临床资料和评估表。正式调查前对3名研究调查员进行统一培训，严格按照纳入和排除标准筛选调查对象，取得其知情同意后收集相关资料。本研究对问卷收集者设盲，由 1 名研究人员收集患者衰弱评估的相关资料，其他研究人员收集剩余资料后交由第3人录入数据。资料调查表在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存。电子数据文件应分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study preliminarily screened the risk factors for preoperative frailty in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer through a literature review and consultations with experts. A related factors survey questionnaire was then designed, including general information, clinical data, and assessment forms. Before the formal survey, three research investigators received unified training, and survey subjects were strictly screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Relevant information was collected after obtaining their informed consent. This study employed a blinded approach for questionnaire collectors: one researcher collected data related to the patients' frailty assessments, while other researchers collected the remaining information and handed it over to a third person for data entry. After data entry and verification were completed as required, the information forms were archived and stored in numerical order. Electronic data files should be saved in categorized formats, with multiple backups stored on different disks or recording media, properly preserved to prevent damage.
