纳入标准：

1.自愿参与研究并合作，本人或家属知情同意。 2.年龄为[18，65]岁，男女不限；BMI范围：18.5-27.9kg/m^2。 3.对于多发性硬化（MS）患者，需满足2017年McDonald标准（确诊为复发缓解型（RRMS）或进展型（SPMS））。对于视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病（NMOSD）患者，需满足2015年国际视神经脊髓炎诊断小组标准（AQP4-IgG抗体阳性优先）。

Inclusion criteria

1.Willingness to voluntarily participate in and cooperate with the study, with informed consent provided by the participant or their legal guardian; 2.Age between 18 and 65 years, inclusive, regardless of gender; BMI between 18.5 and 27.9 kg/m^2; 3.For participants with Multiple Sclerosis (MS): Must meet the 2017 McDonald criteria for a confirmed diagnosis of either Relapsing-Remitting MS (RRMS) or Secondary Progressive MS (SPMS); For participants with Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD): Must meet the 2015 diagnostic criteria established by the International Panel for NMO Diagnosis, with priority given to those who are AQP4-IgG antibody positive.

排除标准：

1.合并严重感染，或患有可能威胁生命的不稳定疾病； 2.有磁共振检查禁忌症，如幽闭恐惧症者、金属节育环、心脏支架、耳蜗假体等其他可能影响磁共振检查的植入物； 3.既往有颅脑系统疾病； 4.患者检查配合欠佳导致图像质量不佳； 5.动脉瘤、动脉夹层、心源性、小血管病型、其他原因型及不明原因型卒中； 6.具有高血压、糖尿病、神经退行性疾病等； 7.肾功能不全患者、孕妇、哺乳期妇女及儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with concurrent severe infections or unstable life-threatening diseases; 2.Contraindications to MRI, such as claustrophobia, metal intrauterine devices, cardiac stents, cochlear implants, or other implants that may affect MRI; 3.History of cerebral system disease; 4.Poor cooperation during the examination resulting poor in image quality; 5.Strokes of aneurysmal, arterial dissection, cardiogenic, small vessel disease, other known causes, or unknown causes; 6.Presence of hypertension, diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases, etc; 7.Patients with renal insufficiency, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and children.

院内7T磁共振转化医学中心PI和伦理委员会定期监管。磁共振数据：原始DICOM文件及处理后影像（如T1增强、FLAIR序列）采用加密存储专用硬盘，仅授权研究人员通过身份验证（密码）访问。 临床数据：患者病历、量表评分（如EDSS、NMOSD-ADS）以去标识化形式录入电子数据，字段加密并关联独立编码（非患者姓名/身份证号）。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The hospital's 7T Magnetic Resonance Translational Medicine Center PI and Ethics Committee are regularly supervised.Magnetic resonance data: the original DICOM files and processed images (such as T1 enhancement and FLAIR sequence) are stored in a dedicated hard disk with encryption, and only researchers are authorized to access them through authentication (password). Clinical data: Patients' medical records and scale scores (such as EDSS and nmosd-ads) are entered into electronic data in the form of de identification, and the fields are encrypted and associated with independent codes (non patient name/ID card number).
