研究目的：

本研究旨在通过准实验设计，探讨在病房学校情境下，基于希望理论设计的表达性艺术疗愈活动对5-6岁住院幼儿情绪的影响，着重探讨该活动在缓解医疗恐惧和焦虑情绪及提升希望认知方面的作用，并进一步分析希望认知在表达性艺术疗愈活动与幼儿情绪之间是否起中介作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore, through a quasi-experimental design, the effects of expressive arts therapy activities based on hope theory on the emotions of hospitalized children aged 5-6 in the context of ward schools. It focuses on examining the role of these activities in alleviating medical fear and anxiety and enhancing hope cognition, and further analyzes whether hope cognition mediates the relationship between expressive art therapy activities and children's emotions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.5-6岁血液科住院幼儿，住院时长≥4周；
2.在前测评估中表现出具有医疗恐惧及焦虑情绪；
3.幼儿及家长知情并自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 5-6 in the hematology ward, hospitalized for ≥4 weeks;
2. In the pre-assessment evaluation, exhibited medical fear and anxiety；
3. Children and parents are informed and voluntarily participate.

排除标准：

1.处于严重感染期或存在肢体障碍；
2.具有严重认知障碍及家族精神病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. In a severe infection stage or having limb disabilities;
2. Has severe cognitive impairment and a family history of mental illness.
