研究目的：

本研究旨在检验孕早期抑郁水平与 OGTT 综合血糖负荷水平（即口服葡萄糖耐量试验 0–120 分钟血糖曲线下面积，UCGlu0-120）的关系，并分析生活方式、炎症反应是否在孕期抑郁水平对 OGTT 综合血糖负荷水平的影响中发挥中介作用，检验 生活方式及炎症反应之间是否存在链式中介效应；同时针对确诊妊娠期糖尿病的患者，将进一步跟踪随访，探究孕早期至孕中期的抑郁水平对孕晚期血糖控制水平的影响。从而为揭示产前心理因素与妊娠期糖代谢异常的路径关系，完善妊娠期糖尿 病的早期筛查与综合干预策略提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to examine the association between depressive symptoms in early pregnancy and the overall glycemic load assessed by the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), defined as the area under the glucose curve from 0 to 120 minutes (AUC??????0–120Glu0–120? ). In addition, we will investigate whether lifestyle factors and inflammatory responses mediate the effect of antenatal depressive symptoms on overall glycemic load, and further test the presence of a serial (chain) mediating effect between lifestyle and inflammatory responses.Among women diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus, a longitudinal follow-up will be conducted to explore the effects of depressive symptoms from early to mid-pregnancy on glycemic control in late pregnancy.This study is expected to elucidate the pathways linking antenatal psychological factors to abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy, and to provide evidence for improving early screening and comprehensive intervention strategies for gestational diabetes mellitus.

纳入标准：

1.年龄为 18-40 周岁；
2.单胎妊娠；
3.孕周为 0-12??周；
4.知情同意并且自愿参加本研究；
5.能够理解并独立完成调查问卷；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18–40 years;
2.Singleton pregnancy;
3.Gestational age between 0 and 12?? weeks;
4.Provided written informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study;
5.Able to understand and independently complete the study questionnaires;

排除标准：

1.孕前糖尿病、代谢综合征等其他重大内分泌或代谢性疾病者；
2.孕前已确诊抑郁症、焦虑症、躁狂症、精神分裂症等精神心理疾病者；
3.孕期接受正规心理相关治疗者；
4.孕期关键资料不完整者；
5.未行 OGTT 检测者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pre-pregnancy diabetes, metabolic syndrome, or other major endocrine or metabolic disorders;
2.A confirmed diagnosis before pregnancy of depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder (mania), schizophrenia, or other psychiatric disorders;
3.Receipt of formal psychological or psychiatric treatment during pregnancy;
4.Incomplete key study data during pregnancy;
5.Failure to undergo an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT);
