研究目的：

建立规范化的脑卒中专病队列，系统收集临床资料、影像数据及生物样本，探究脑卒中的发病机制、疾病进展规律、并发症发生的危险因素及预后相关因素，筛选具有诊断、预后预测价值的临床指标和多组学生物标志物，为脑卒中的精准防治提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a standardized cohort for stroke, systematically collect clinical data, imaging data, and biological samples to investigate the pathogenesis, disease progression patterns, risk factors for complications, and prognostic factors of stroke. Screen for clinical indicators and multi-omics biomarkers with diagnostic and prognostic value, providing a scientific basis for the precise prevention and treatment of stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；2.经CT或MRI证实的急性脑卒中（缺血性卒中、脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血）或TIA；3.脑卒中发病入院；4.签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 years; 2. Acute stroke (ischemic stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage) or TIA confirmed by CT or MRI; 3.Admitted to hospital due to stroke onset; 4. Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.非血管源性脑损伤；2.预期生存期<6个月；3.其他不适合情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-vascular brain injury; 2. Expected survival < 6 months; 3. Other unsuitable conditions.
