研究目的：

探索在胃肠外科应用基于自建专家知识库训练的AI智能体，通过智能问答和健康宣教内容相结合，提升患者的健康素养和自我管理能力，优化患者就医体验。此外，本研究还旨在减轻医务人员的咨询压力，提高医疗服务效率，推动AI技术在胃肠外科领域的应用与发展。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the application of AI agents trained based on a self-built expert knowledge base in gastrointestinal surgery. By combining intelligent question answering and health education content, it aims to enhance patients' health literacy and self-management skills, and optimize their medical experience. Additionally, this research also aims to alleviate the consultation pressure on medical staff, improve medical service efficiency, and promote the application and development of AI technology in the field of gastrointestinal surgery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为18-60周岁； 2.在本院胃肠外科住院治疗，诊断明确，需围手术期及随访健康管理； 3.具备智能手机使用能力，能够阅读文字并观看视频内容； 4.已关注研究指定健康宣教微信公众号，并同意接受AI智能体服务； 5.自愿参加本研究并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 - 60 years old; 2. Undergoing hospitalization in the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department, with a clear diagnosis, and requiring perioperative and follow-up health management; 3. Capable of using smartphones, able to read text and watch video content; 4. Has subscribed to the designated health education WeChat public account for research and agrees to receive AI intelligent agent services; 5. Voluntarily participates in this study and signs a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.存在严重认知功能障碍、精神疾病或沟通障碍，无法理解研究内容； 2.无法独立使用智能手机或无网络使用条件； 3.病情危重或预期生存期较短，不适合参与随访； 4.同时参与其他可能影响本研究结果的干预性临床研究； 5.研究者认为不适合纳入本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have severe cognitive dysfunction, mental illness or communication disorders, and are unable to understand the research content; 2. Unable to use a smartphone independently or have no conditions for using the internet; 3. Seriously ill or with a short expected survival period, and not suitable for participating in the follow-up; 4. Participating in other interventional clinical studies that may affect the results of this research simultaneously; 5. Other situations that the researcher deems not suitable for inclusion in this study.

随机化采用预先随机分组方法。在患者入院前，研究团队利用计算机生成的随机数序列来预先为患者分配到不同的研究组中。这一序列确定了患者将被随机分配到实验组或对照组的顺序，确保分配的随机性。患者的入组方式为连续性入组，每位患者在入院时会被赋予一个唯一的序号。这些序号依次对应之前生成的随机分组序列。随着患者的陆续入院，他们将根据这一预设的序列被分配到相应的研究组中。为避免沾染情况，入组后干预组和对照组分别进入科室A、B两区完成入院，从而避免沾染。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Randomization adopts a pre randomization method. Before admission, the research team used computer-generated random number sequences to pre assign patients to different study groups. This sequence determines the order in which patients will be randomly assigned to the experimental or control group, ensuring the randomness of the allocation. The enrollment method for patients is continuous enrollment, and each patient will be assigned a unique serial number upon admission. These serial numbers correspond to the previously generated random grouping sequence in sequence. As patients are admitted one after another, they will be assigned to the corresponding study groups according to this predetermined sequence. To avoid contamination, the intervention group and control group were admitted to departments A and B respectively after enrollment to avoid contamination.
