研究目的：

本研究旨在通过明确 TRPM8 作为心衰的生物标记物，对缺氧诱导的心肌细胞氧化应激、衰老的影响，以及对 MI 后心衰小鼠心肌氧化应激、衰老、心肌重构、心功能的影响。阐明 TRPM8 调控受损心肌氧化应激及心肌衰老的下游调控分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to clarify the effect of TRPM8 as a biomarker of heart failure on hypoxia-induced myocardial oxidative stress and senescence, as well as on myocardial oxidative stress, senescence, myocardial remodeling and cardiac function in mice with heart failure after MI. To clarify the downstream regulatory molecular mechanism of TRPM8 in regulating oxidative stress and myocardial senescence in damaged myocardium.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>18 岁，男女不限； 2. 既往有冠状血管造影术及血液心梗三项证实有心肌梗死病史； 3. 心肌梗死病史时间>3个月，近3个月未发生急性心肌梗死； 4. 左心室射血分数（LVEF)<=50%，心功能纽约（NYHA）分级小于4级； 5. 年龄、性别等一般临床信息与心衰患者组患者无显著性差 异的健康体检志愿者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >18 years old, male or female; 2. Previous history of myocardial infarction confirmed by coronary angiography and blood myocardial infarction; 3. the history of myocardial infarction >3 months without acute myocardial infarction in the past 3 months; 4. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <=50%, New York Heart Association (NYHA) class < 4; 1.Age, gender and other general clinical information were not significantly different from those of patients with heart failure.

排除标准：

1. 先天性心脏病、急性心梗、心脏瓣膜病、缩窄性心包炎；
2. 慢性阻塞性肺病、甲状腺疾病；
3. 未控制的高血压、恶性心律失常；
4. 严重肝肾功能不全、免疫系统、精神障碍、肿瘤及其他严 重疾病不能耐受者等疾病；
5. 妊娠/哺乳。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, valvular heart disease, constrictive pericarditis;
2. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, thyroid disease;
3. Uncontrolled hypertension and malignant arrhythmia;
4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, immune system, mental disorders, tumor and other serious diseases can not tolerate recipients;
5. Pregnancy/lactation.
