To explore the relevant risk factors of liver transplantation surgery, and provide ideas for intervention studies on liver transplantation patients.

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于等于18岁；
2.行肝移植手术治疗；
3.试验参与者或其监护人（或授权人）充分理解本项目的研究流程，同意参加并签署书面知情同意书或者电话知情；

Inclusion criteria

1.At least 18 years old;
2.Undergo liver transplantation surgery;
3.Participants or their guardians (or authorized persons) fully understand the research process, agree to participate and sign a written informed consent form or inform by phone;

排除标准：

1.多器官联合移植；
2.再次肝移植者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined transplantation of multiple organs;
2.Undergone liver transplantation more than once;
