发掘关键预测因子:系统性地识别与筛选与st-SCS治疗反应显著相关的临床变量与术前脊柱MRI影像组学特征。 构建多模态预测模型:创新性地整合最优临床特征与影像组学特征,构建一个高精度的机器学习融合模型,用于术前个体化预测ZAN患者接受st-SCS的疗效。 验证与转化模型价值:严格验证该融合模型的预测性能、校准度及临床实用性,并将其转化为一个可视化的临床决策辅助工具 |

Objectives of Study: |
Identify key predictive factors: systematically identify and screen clinical variables and preoperative spinal MRI radiomics features that are significantly associated with response to st-SCS therapy. Construct a multimodal predictive model: innovatively integrate optimal clinical features and radiomics features to build a high-precision machine learning fusion model for preoperative individualized prediction of st-SCS efficacy in patients with ZAN. Validate and translate the model value: rigorously validate the predictive performance, calibration, and clinical utility of the fusion model, and convert it into a visualized clinical decision support tool. |

纳入标准: |
1.患者临床资料,影像学资料完整。 2.男女不限;年龄大于18岁。 3.确诊为ZAN。 4.接受单次 st-SCS治疗。 5.术前数字疼痛评分 (numeric rating scale, NRS)≥4。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Patients have complete clinical data and imaging data. 2. No gender restriction; age > 18 years. 3. Confirmed diagnosis of ZAN (herpes zoster-associated neuralgia). 4. Received a single session of st?SCS treatment. 5. Preoperative Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) score >= 4. |

排除标准: |
1.智力低下或无法配合完成随访调查。 2.其他疾病所致神经病理性疼痛与 ZAN 的范围一致或交叉。 3.治疗期间发生严重并发症的患者。 4.存在脊髓电刺激禁忌症:如全身感染,凝血功能障碍等。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Intellectual disability or inability to cooperate with follow-up assessments. 2. Neuropathic pain caused by other diseases that overlaps or is consistent with the distribution of ZAN. 3. Patients who develop serious complications during treatment. 4. Presence of contraindications to spinal cord stimulation (SCS), such as systemic infection, coagulation dysfunction, etc. |
