研究目的：

1.揭示老年脓毒症相关慢性重症患者中股四头肌厚度和中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值的内在变化规律。 2.探讨股四头肌厚度联合中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值对老年脓毒症患者进展为CCI的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To reveal the inherent changes in quadriceps femoris thickness and neutrophil?to?lymphocyte ratio in elderly patients with sepsis?related chronic critical illness. 2.To explore the predictive value of quadriceps femoris thickness combined with neutrophil?to?lymphocyte ratio for the progression to chronic critical illness (CCI) in elderly patients with sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞60岁；2.符合脓毒症诊断，即感染＋序贯器官衰竭评分分（sequential organ failure assessment，SOFA）≥2 分。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age > 60 years old; 2.Meeting the diagnosis of sepsis, i.e., infection plus a Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score ≥ 2 points.

排除标准：

1.存在血液系统疾病及造血功能障碍而影响中性粒细胞生成者；2.自动出院或放弃治疗者；3.入 ICU 时间＜24 h。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with hematological diseases or hematopoietic dysfunction that affect the production of neutrophils. 2.Patients discharged against medical advice or abandoning treatment. 3.Length of ICU stay < 24 hours.
