研究目的：

通过前瞻性队列研究，动态收集鞍山地区不同人口学特征（如性别、年龄）AECOPD患者的基线临床症状、并发症、实验室检查、肺功能指标及随访治疗结局的差异；分析主要人口学特征与上述临床特征的关联，为针对性干预提供即时数据支持，重点探讨关键人口学特征人群与预后的关联；为制定个体化治疗策略提供科学依据，改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective cohort study will be conducted to dynamically collect differences in baseline clinical symptoms, complications, laboratory tests, pulmonary function indicators, and follow-up treatment outcomes among patients with AECOPD in Anshan area with different demographic characteristics (such as gender and age); analyze the correlation between key demographic characteristics and the above-mentioned clinical features to provide real-time data support for targeted interventions; focus on exploring the correlation between key demographic groups and prognosis; and provide a scientific basis for formulating individualized treatment strategies to improve patient outcomes.

纳入标准：

1. 18岁以上； 2. 2025年8月1日至2026年7月31日（连续12个月）住院的 AECOPD 患者； 3. 符合GOLD2025 COPD诊断标准（吸入支气管舒张剂后 FEV1/FVC<0.7）； 4. 临床资料可完整采集； 5. 自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged eighteen years or older; 2. Patients with AECOPD admitted to the hospital from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 (consecutive 12 months); 3. Meeting the GOLD2025 diagnostic criteria for COPD (FEV1/FVC < 0.7 after inhalation of bronchodilators); 4. Complete clinical data collected; 5. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 年龄 <18 岁； 2. 住院时间 < 48 小时； 3. 孕妇或哺乳期女性； 4. 合并支气管扩张、肺癌等其他慢性呼吸系统疾病； 5. 认知障碍或无法配合随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age < 18 years;
2.Length of hospital stay < 48 hours;
3.Pregnant or lactating females;
4.Concomitant chronic respiratory diseases such as bronchiectasis and lung cancer;
5.Individuals with cognitive impairment or inability to comply with follow-up.
