探索基于Bi-LSTM神经网络的代际互动管理模式对养老机构老年人社会隔离风险的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of the intergenerational interaction management mode based on Bi-LSTM neural network on the risk of social isolation of nursing homes residents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞=60岁； 2.入住养老机构>=1周； 3.沟通交流无障碍； 4.自愿参与本研究且已经过社会隔离风险分级；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age>=60; 2.Have been residing in the nursing institution for at least 1 week; 3.Without communication barriers; 4.Voluntarily participate in this study and have undergone social isolation risk assessment;

排除标准：

1.已处于社会隔离状态的老年人； 2.认知障碍（简易心智状态问卷调查表>=3分）； 3.听力障碍或视力障碍； 4.严重精神障碍或躯体疾病患者； 5.同期参加其他干预性研究项目者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Currently with social isolation; 2.With cognitive impairment (SPMSQ>= 3); 3.With visual or hearing disorders; 4.With severe mental or physical disorders; 5.Participating in other interventional research projects at the same time;
