研究目的：

通过对胎盘植入组、正常妊娠组胎盘组织进行多组学联合分析（转录组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学），挖掘差异基因、差异蛋白、差异代谢物之间的关系，构建基因调控网络，全面探索生物分子之间的调控及因果关系，揭示滋养细胞侵袭异常在胎盘植入中的发病机制。为疾病早期诊断、亚型分类、精准治疗、预后评估、治疗效果监测方面提供提供实验支持，指明新的方向。  

Objectives of Study：

By conducting a multi-omics combined analysis (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) on the placental tissues of the placenta implantation group and the normal pregnancy group, we aim to explore the relationships among differentially expressed genes, differentially expressed proteins, and differentially expressed metabolites, construct a gene regulatory network, and comprehensively investigate the regulatory and causal relationships between biological molecules. This will help us reveal the pathogenesis of abnormal trophoblast invasion in placental implantation. It will provide experimental support for early disease diagnosis, subtype classification, precise treatment, prognosis assessment, and treatment effect monitoring, and point out new directions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合胎盘植入的诊断标准； 2.孕龄≥18岁； 3.胎龄≥24周； 4.单胎妊娠、自然受孕，产前无明显宫缩、妊娠结局均为剖宫产； 5.孕妇无药物滥用、吸烟或饮酒史； 6.胎盘植入患者均为完全性前置胎盘； 7.每位患者被告知胎盘用途，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for placenta accreta; 2. Maternal age >= 18 years; 3. Gestational age >= 24 weeks; 4. Singleton pregnancy, natural conception, no obvious uterine contractions during prenatal period, and the pregnancy outcome was always cesarean section; 5. The pregnant woman has no history of drug abuse, smoking or drinking; 6. All patients with placenta accreta are cases of complete placenta previa; 7. Each patient was informed of the function of the placenta and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.高血压、糖尿病、心脏病、肾病、系统性红斑狼疮等原发性慢性内科、免疫系统、恶性肿瘤、神经精神病史； 2.急慢性感染性疾病及胎儿染色体异常或发育畸形等妊娠合并症病史。 3.排除胎膜早破、羊水过多或过少、胎盘早剥等妊娠合并症； 4.通过辅助生殖技术受孕的个体； 5.双胎及多胎； 6.孕龄<18岁； 7.胎龄<24周。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of primary chronic internal medicine diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, systemic lupus erythematosus; 2. History of acute or chronic infectious diseases and pregnancy complications such as fetal chromosomal abnormalities or developmental deformities. 3. Exclude pregnancy complications such as premature rupture of membranes, excessive or insufficient amniotic fluid, or placental abruption; 4. Individuals conceived through assisted reproductive technology; 5. Twins and multiple fetuses; 6. Gestational age < 18 years old; 7. Fetal age < 24 weeks.
