研究目的：

本研究拟通过遗传分型、内分泌激素及性腺病理寻找KS青春期睾丸衰退关键标志物及节点，建立早期标准化的睾丸功能评估体系。本研究旨在建立早期标准化的睾丸功能评估体系，并开展临床验证。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to identify the key markers and nodes for the puberty testicular atrophy in KS through genetic typing, endocrine hormones and gonadal pathology, and establish an early standardized testicular function assessment system. The goal of this study is to establish an early standardized testicular function assessment system and conduct clinical validation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.非镶嵌型，染色体为 47,XXY KS 综合征患者； 2.年龄10-25岁； 3.无合并心、脑、肝、肾脏、肾上腺等重要器官疾病； 4.无智力问题，无血液、免疫、内分泌系统等疾病； 5.无合并其他基因变异的综合征患者； 6.对本次研究的目的、价值、意义、数据采集等情况充分了解，签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Non-mosaic type, patients with 47,XXY Klinefelter syndrome; 2. Age 10-25 years old; 3. No concurrent diseases of important organs such as heart, brain, liver, kidneys, adrenal glands, etc.; 4. No intellectual problems, no diseases in the blood, immune, endocrine systems, etc.; 5. No patients with other syndromes accompanied by genetic variations; 6. Fully understand the purpose, value, significance, and data collection of this study, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.除47,XXY外其他核型KS 综合征； 2.合并其他内分泌轴异常的患者； 3.化疗或放疗史、睾丸扭转或剧烈睾丸外伤以及未经治疗的隐睾症

Exclusion criteria：

1. All Klinefelter syndrome except 47,XXY; 2. Patients with other abnormalities in the endocrine axis; 3. History of chemotherapy or radiotherapy, testicular torsion or severe testicular trauma, and untreated cryptorchidism.
