本研究旨在探索不同神经调控技术对海洛因成瘾者的行为控制能力与渴求症状的干预效果，分析其对成瘾相关脑区功能的调节作用及其行为改善潜力。研究将结合问卷调查、行为学评估以及脑成像技术，综合考察不同干预方式对海洛因成瘾者个体认知能力、奖赏加工、疼痛敏感性对毒品渴求的影响与起效机制。预期成果将揭示不同神经调控技术的作用靶点与时效差异，为建立基于神经生物标志物的个体化戒断干预方案提供循证依据，推动神经调控技术在物质成瘾治疗领域的精准化应用。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore the intervention effects of different neuromodulation techniques on the behavioral control ability and craving symptoms of heroin addicts, and to analyze their modulatory effects on the functions of addiction-related brain regions and their potential for behavioral improvement.The study will combine questionnaires, behavioral assessments, and brain imaging techniques to comprehensively examine the effects and mechanisms of different interventions on individual cognitive abilities, reward processing, and pain sensitivity to craving in heroin addicts.The expected results will reveal the target and time difference of different neuromodulation techniques, provide evidence-based basis for the establishment of individualized withdrawal intervention programs based on neural biomarkers, and promote the precise application of neuromodulation techniques in the field of substance addiction treatment.

纳入标准：

纳入标准： 1.海洛因成瘾者的阿片类药物尿液检测结果呈阳性, 甲基苯丙胺和其他药物尿液检测结果呈阴性, 并且由戒毒康复医院成瘾精神科医师使用DSM-5的定式临床访谈进行评估, 没有混合吸食毒品(即只有海洛因), 也没有出现幻觉或急性戒断症状； 2.暂未接受任何形式的治疗, 包括药物治疗和非侵入性脑刺激, 没有混合使用毒品(即只有海洛因), 无幻觉或急性戒断症状, 无精神疾病史或家族史, 例如精神分裂症和双相障碍； 3.通过社区广告招募男性健康对照组, 没有酒精或物质滥用障碍、精神疾病和心血管疾病的病史； 4.两组被试均为右利手, 且视力均正常或矫正后正常。 干预的筛选标准包括： 1.除海洛因外不混合使用甲基苯丙胺、可卡因、麻古等新型合成类毒品; 2.无神经、心血管或其他疾病; 3.无金属异物或植入体内的医疗器械; 4.无急性生理或精神疾病; 5.愿意克服海洛因的使用; 6.没有幻觉或急性戒断症状。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: 1. Heroin addict with positive urine test results for opioids, negative urine test results for methamphetamine and other drugs, and assessed by an addiction psychiatrist at a drug rehabilitation hospital using a stereotyped clinical interview with DSM-5, no mixed drug use (i.e., heroin only), and no hallucinations or acute withdrawal symptoms; 2. Not receiving any form of treatment, including medication and non-invasive brain stimulation, no mixed drug use (i.e., heroin only), no hallucinations or acute withdrawal symptoms, no history of psychiatric illness or family history, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder; 3. Male health control group recruited through community advertising, with no history of alcohol or substance abuse disorder, psychiatric disorder, and cardiovascular disease; 4. Both groups of subjects were right-handed, and their visual acuity was normal or corrected. Screening criteria for the intervention include: 1. Do not mix new synthetic drugs such as methamphetamine, cocaine, and ephedra except heroin; 2. No neurological, cardiovascular, or other diseases; 3. No metallic foreign bodies or medical devices implanted in the body; 4. No acute physical or mental illness; 5. Willingness to overcome heroin use; 6. No hallucinations or acute withdrawal symptoms.

排除标准： 本研究纳入的海洛因成瘾者中如果患任何严重的身体疾病(如中风、癫痫、颅外伤), 或是有符合DSM-5标准的I轴紊乱症(如抑郁症、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症)等的神经系统疾病, 或存在精神疾病史或家族史将被排除在外。 干预的排除标准： 戒断后已接受替代美沙酮等替代药物治疗, 前一周内出现幻觉或急性戒断症状, 有颅外伤、中风、羊癫疯史, 有明显的身体残疾和传染性疾病, 体内植入金属医疗器械, 之前接受过rTMS或经颅直流电刺激治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: Heroin addicts included in this study were excluded if they suffered from any serious physical illness (e.g., stroke, epilepsy, cranial trauma), or had a neurologic disorder such as an Axis I disorder (e.g., depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia) that met the DSM-5 criteria, or if there was a history of psychiatric illness or family history. Exclusion Criteria for Intervention: Has been treated with substitute medication such as substitution methadone after withdrawal, has experienced hallucinations or acute withdrawal symptoms within the previous week, has a history of cranial trauma, stroke, or epilepsy, has significant physical disability and infectious disease, has a metallic medical device implanted in the body, and has received rTMS or transcranial direct current stimulation treatment previously.

In order to reduce the risk of selective bias, this study used computer software to generate random number sequences for randomization.The specific steps are as follows: first, generate random number sequences, which are generated by statisticians independent of the research team using professional random number generation software; second, perform randomization allocation, according to the generated random number sequences, participants are randomly allocated to either the intervention group or the control group, to ensure a balanced sample size in each group.

Blinding：

All participants were unaware of the treatment program.Although all participants were told they were receiving the intervention, there was no knowledge of grouping or assignment.TMS coil labels and tACS labels were not visible to heroin-addicted participants throughout the treatment process to ensure that they were unaware of the type of true/false intervention they were receiving.Behavioral tasks, craving assessments, and the intervention process were administered by researchers who were unaware of the purpose of the study, and data results were assessed by independent researchers who were unaware of the treatment group assignment protocol.
