研究目的：

探讨老年前列腺癌根治术后患者经历社会隔离的真实体验和需求，并构建出老年前列腺癌根治术后患者社会隔离的干预方案，并探讨对改善老年前列腺癌根治术后患者的可行性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the real experiences and needs of elderly prostate cancer patients who have undergone radical prostatectomy regarding social isolation, and construct an intervention plan for social isolation of such patients. Also, investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of this plan in improving the conditions of elderly prostate cancer patients after radical surgery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=60岁； 2. 接受前列腺癌根治术的患者； 3. 具备正常交流能力和认知功能； 4. 能使用智能手机或其他通讯工具进行干预活动； 5. 未参与其他心理或社会干预研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Patients who have undergone radical prostatectomy; 3. With normal communication ability and cognitive function; 4. Capable of using smart phones or other communication tools for intervention activities; 5. Not participating in other psychological or social intervention studies.

排除标准：

1. 认知或精神障碍； 2. 术后出现严重并发症或血流动力学不稳定； 3. 严重运动或活动受限，如瘫痪或骨关节疾病等； 4. 曾接受心理干预； 5. 1个月内经历过严重的创伤事件。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive or mental disorders; 2. Severe complications or hemodynamic instability after surgery; 3. Severe limitations in movement or activities, such as paralysis or bone and joint diseases; 4. Previously received psychological intervention; 5. Experienced a serious traumatic event within one month.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。采用excel 2019建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均由双人录入，并采用SPSS 26.0软件进行数据处理。
