研究目的：

本研究拟通过设计随机对照试验（RCT），科学评估在消化内镜手术中，侧卧位经鼻气管插管在插管时间及首次插管成功率等方面与仰卧位经鼻气管插管的差异。同时观察与仰卧位经鼻气管插管后调整体位相比，直接侧卧位经鼻气管插管是否在患者血流动力学波动及术后并发症发生等方面优于前者，并进一步阐明其可能发生机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a randomized controlled trial (RCT) to scientifically evaluate the differences in intubation time and the first-time intubation success rate between lateral decubitus position nasal tracheal intubation and supine position nasal tracheal intubation during digestive endoscopic surgery. At the same time, it will observe whether direct lateral decubitus position nasal tracheal intubation is superior to the latter in terms of hemodynamic fluctuations and postoperative complications in patients, and further clarify the possible mechanism.

纳入标准：

1.择期行上消化道内镜手术患者 2.年龄18~80岁 3.ASA分级I-III级 4.BMI为18-30Kg/m^2

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for upper gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery 2. Age range: 18 - 80 years old 3. ASA classification: I - III 4. BMI: 18 - 30 kg/m^2

排除标准：

1.鼻腔肿物或严重鼻中隔偏曲 2.既往鼻咽部手术患者 3.凝血功能障碍 4.困难气道风险（甲颏距离＜6cm，张口度＜3.5cm，Mallampati分级>=III级）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nasal cavity tumor or severe deviation of the nasal septum 2. Patients who have undergone previous nasopharyngeal surgery 3. Coagulation dysfunction 4. Risk of difficult airway (mandibular-mental distance < 6cm, mouth opening < 3.5cm, Mallampati grade >= III)

L组患者入室后自行调整为左侧卧位，麻醉诱导及插管过程中均保持左侧卧位，头部置于支撑枕上，使头颈部矢状轴与床面平行并保持颈部伸展。

L-group patients adjusted themselves to the left lateral position after entering the operating room, maintained this position throughout anesthesia induction and intubation, with the head placed on a support pillow to keep the sagittal axis of the head and neck parallel to the bed surface while maintaining neck extension.
