研究目的：

通过随机对照试验比较小脑 rTMS 与小脑 iTBS 两种不同模式对吞咽功能的疗效，确定小脑经颅磁刺激的最佳治疗方案；  

Objectives of Study：

Through a randomized controlled trial, compare the efficacy of two different modes of cerebellar rTMS and cerebellar iTBS on swallowing function, and determine the optimal treatment protocol for cerebellar transcranial magnetic stimulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=18 岁且<=80岁； 2. 有典型吞咽障碍临床表现，如咽反射减弱或消失、咽喉部力量控制缺失、语调或声音改变、噎呛或咳嗽等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 years or older and 80 years or younger; 2. Having typical clinical manifestations of dysphagia, such as weakened or absent pharyngeal reflex, loss of pharyngeal muscle strength control, changes in intonation or voice, choking or coughing.

排除标准：

1. 生命体征不稳定； 2. 存在发热、感染或患有其他急性传染病； 3. 存在恶性肿瘤、慢性心衰、肝、肾功能不全、风湿免疫疾病等慢性疾病； 4. 精神障碍疾病史； 5. 存在其他不能配合的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Presence of fever, infection or other acute infectious diseases; 3. Presence of chronic diseases such as malignant tumors, chronic heart failure, hepatic or renal insufficiency, and rheumatic immune diseases; 4. History of mental disorders; 5. Presence of other conditions that prevent cooperation.
