构建GGNs恶性风险分层模型:融合影像组学、深度特征及动态随访数据,预测1年内恶性进展概率(PPV>=85%)。 开发冷热消融智能规划系统:实现穿刺路径自动生成、能量参数优化及术中实时校正(消融范围预测误差<=10%)。 建立术后疗效自动化评估方案:量化残留灶检出率及肺功能保留效果(FEV1下降预测误差<=15%)。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Construct a malignant risk stratification model for GGNs: integrate radiomics, deep features, and dynamic follow-up data to predict the probability of malignant progression within one year (PPV >= 85%). Develop an intelligent planning system for cold and hot ablation: achieve automatic generation of puncture paths, optimization of energy parameters, and real-time correction during the procedure (prediction error of ablation range <= 10%). Establish an automated postoperative efficacy evaluation scheme: quantify the detection rate of residual lesions and the retention effect of lung function (prediction error of FEV1 decline <= 15%). |

1.年龄18-95岁,影像学诊断或病理确诊的GGNs(含AAH、AIS、MIA)或早期肺癌(T1N0M0)。 2.接受复合式冷热消融治疗(康博刀设备)。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Age range: 18 - 95 years old. Diagnosed with GGNs (including AAH, AIS, MIA) or early-stage lung cancer (T1N0M0) through imaging or pathological examination. 2. Received combined cold and hot ablation treatment (using Kangbo knife equipment). |

1.既往胸部放疗史、严重心肺功能障碍。 2.无法配合随访或影像质量不达标者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1.A history of thoracic radiotherapy, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction. 2.Those who are unable to cooperate with follow-up or with substandard imaging quality. |
