研究目的：

构建GGNs恶性风险分层模型：融合影像组学、深度特征及动态随访数据，预测1年内恶性进展概率（PPV>=85%）。 开发冷热消融智能规划系统：实现穿刺路径自动生成、能量参数优化及术中实时校正（消融范围预测误差<=10%）。 建立术后疗效自动化评估方案：量化残留灶检出率及肺功能保留效果（FEV1下降预测误差<=15%）。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a malignant risk stratification model for GGNs: integrate radiomics, deep features, and dynamic follow-up data to predict the probability of malignant progression within one year (PPV >= 85%). Develop an intelligent planning system for cold and hot ablation: achieve automatic generation of puncture paths, optimization of energy parameters, and real-time correction during the procedure (prediction error of ablation range <= 10%). Establish an automated postoperative efficacy evaluation scheme: quantify the detection rate of residual lesions and the retention effect of lung function (prediction error of FEV1 decline <= 15%).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-95岁，影像学诊断或病理确诊的GGNs（含AAH、AIS、MIA）或早期肺癌（T1N0M0）。 2.接受复合式冷热消融治疗（康博刀设备）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 - 95 years old. Diagnosed with GGNs (including AAH, AIS, MIA) or early-stage lung cancer (T1N0M0) through imaging or pathological examination. 2. Received combined cold and hot ablation treatment (using Kangbo knife equipment).

排除标准：

1.既往胸部放疗史、严重心肺功能障碍。 2.无法配合随访或影像质量不达标者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of thoracic radiotherapy, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction. 2.Those who are unable to cooperate with follow-up or with substandard imaging quality.
