Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Impact of Motor Imagery-Based Brain-Computer Interface Training on dysphagia in Stroke Patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 根据美国心脏协会/卒中协会声明对脑卒中进行诊断，并由头部CT和MRI进行确认； 2. 洼田饮水试验评级为3-5级； 3. 首次发病且为单侧; 4. 病程是2周到6个月； 5. 年龄在18~80岁之间； 6. 无认知障碍，简易智能精神状态检查量表分数≥24。

Inclusion criteria

1. diagnosis of stroke based on the criteria of American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, with confirmation via cranial CT and MRI; 2. the grade of Kubota water swallowing test was 3-5; 3. first-time unilateral stroke; 4. two weeks to six months after stroke onset; 5. aged 18 to 80 years old; 6. no cognitive impairment, with the Mini-Mental State Examination score >=24.

排除标准：

1. 存在其他神经系统疾病（如帕金森病、重症肌无力等）或者口腔、咽喉或食管等器质性病变导致的吞咽障碍； 2. 合并严重的心血管、内分泌、呼吸系统、精神和肿瘤等疾病； 3. 合并严重的听觉和视觉障碍； 4. 依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. presence of other neurological disorders (e.g., Parkinson's disease, myasthenia gravis) or organic lesions in the oral cavity, pharynx, or esophagus leading to dysphagia; 2. combined with severe cardiovascular, endocrine, respiratory, psychiatric, or neoplastic diseases; 3. combined with severe visual or auditory impairments; 4. poor patient compliance.
