研究目的：

本研究旨在评估剖宫产术中、术后联合手术室与病房联合实施持续90分钟的母婴皮肤接触（EENC），探讨其对新生儿体温、NICU入院率、体重增长等的影响，以及与母体相关的纯母乳喂养率、产后出血和产后抑郁发生的关系，为剖宫产场景下推广EENC提供循证依据并评估安全性与可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the effect of continuous 90-minute mother-infant skin-to-skin contact (EENC) implemented jointly by the operating room and ward during and after cesarean section. It will explore its impact on neonatal body temperature, NICU admission rate, weight gain, etc., as well as its association with maternal outcomes including exclusive breastfeeding rate, postpartum hemorrhage, and postpartum depression. The results will provide evidence for promoting EENC in cesarean section settings and assess its safety and feasibility.

纳入标准：

足月或近足月剖宫产、新生儿无需气管插管或NICU立即干预、母亲同意参与

Inclusion criteria

Term or late preterm cesarean delivery, newborns not requiring endotracheal intubation or immediate NICU intervention, and maternal consent to participate.

排除标准：

严重产科并发症需特殊处理、新生儿重大先天畸形或需立即NICU、母亲有哺乳禁忌或精神障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe obstetric complications requiring special management, major congenital malformations in newborns or need for immediate NICU admission, and maternal contraindications to breastfeeding or mental disorders.

联合手术室与病房实施延续性母婴皮肤接触（SSC），总持续时间 90 分钟；包含晚断脐（>=1 分钟）、立即擦干、术中建立无障碍皮肤接触（胸侧抱放）、在手术室维持 SSC 并转运至病房继续 SSC 直至累计 90 分钟；术中及术后监测母婴生命体征、保温与安全。

Combined operating room and ward implementation of continuous mother-infant skin-to-skin contact (SSC) for a total duration of 90 minutes; including delayed cord clamping (>=1 minute), immediate drying, establishment of unobstructed skin-to-skin contact (side-lying hold) in the operating room, maintaining SSC in the operating room and transferring to the ward to continue SSC until a cumulative total of 90 minutes is reached; monitoring maternal and infant vital signs, temperature maintenance, and safety during and after surgery.
