研究目的：

1.验证热成像识别技术对 ICU 患者急性皮肤衰竭的风险预警能力，并优化预警模型。 2.评估基于优化后热成像预警模型的精准干预措施对降低 ICU 患者急性皮肤衰竭发病率的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Verify the risk warning capability of thermal imaging recognition technology for acute skin failure in ICU patients, and optimize the warning model. 2. Evaluate the effect of precise intervention measures based on the optimized thermal imaging warning model in reducing the incidence of acute skin failure in ICU patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.均由于危重症进入ICU科住院； 2.年龄18周岁以上； 3.均知情同意并自愿参与本研究； 4.生命体征稳定。

Inclusion criteria

1. All were admitted to the ICU due to critical illness; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. All provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study; 4. Stable vital signs.

排除标准：

1.ICU 住院时间<3d者； 2.预计生存期小于3个月者； 3.恶性肿瘤者；感染性疾病者； 4.皮肤过敏者； 5.精神类疾病者； 6.血液、凝血、免疫系统疾病者； 7.严重营养不良者； 8.使用冷热疗法治疗者； 9.入院前皮肤缺失或损伤者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with ICU stay < 3 days; 2. Patients with an expected survival period of less than 3 months; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; patients with infectious diseases; 4. Patients with skin allergies; 5. Patients with mental illnesses; 6. Patients with blood, coagulation, or immune system diseases; 7. Patients with severe malnutrition; 8. Patients undergoing cold or heat therapy; 9. Patients with skin loss or damage before admission.
