研究目的:

本课题利用近红外光谱技术来评估脑卒中后认知障碍患者、脑卒中无认知障碍患者和健康人在静息状态下和在记忆任务中的双侧额前叶和颞叶氧合血红蛋白(HbO?)和脱氧血红蛋白(HbR),来探索脑卒中后认知障碍患者在静息状态下和任务状态下脑功能连接;探究fNIRS在监测脑卒中后认知功能恢复中的应用价值;探索脑功能连接异常与认知障碍严重程度的相关性。  

Objectives of Study:

This study utilized near-infrared spectroscopy to assess the levels of oxygenated hemoglobin (HbO?) and deoxygenated hemoglobin (HbR) in the bilateral frontal and temporal lobes of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment, patients with stroke without cognitive impairment, and healthy individuals at rest and during memory tasks. The aim was to explore the brain functional connectivity of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment at rest and during tasks; to investigate the application value of fNIRS in monitoring the recovery of cognitive function after stroke; and to explore the correlation between abnormal brain functional connectivity and the severity of cognitive impairment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

脑卒中患者纳入标准:(1)年龄30-70岁之间;(2)首次发病的脑出血或脑梗塞患者,符合脑卒中疾病诊断标准,经颅脑MRI或CT确诊;(3)病程1周-6月内,病情平稳;(4)存在卒中后认知功能障碍(MoCA量表得分≤26分);对照组健康人纳入标准:(1)年龄30-70岁之间;(2)认知功能正常(MoCA量表得分≥26分),无脑部外伤或脑血管病史;(3)能够配合完成试验者;

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for stroke patients: 1. Age between 30 and 70 years old; 2. First-time onset of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction, meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke, confirmed by cranial MRI or CT; 3. Disease course within 1 week to 6 months, with stable condition; 4. Presence of post-stroke cognitive impairment (MoCA score <= 26 points). Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: 1. Age between 30 and 70 years old; 2. Normal cognitive function (MoCA score >= 26 points), no history of brain trauma or cerebrovascular disease; 3. Able to cooperate with the completion of the trial.

排除标准:

(1)既往有老年痴呆或认知功能障碍者;(2)存在卒中后严重言语障碍,不能正常沟通交流者;(3)脑肿瘤或脑创伤术后;(4)手部皮肤破损或颅脑缺损等(5)严重精神疾病或意识障碍;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those with a history of dementia or cognitive impairment; 2. Those with severe speech disorders after stroke, unable to communicate normally; 3. Those who have undergone brain tumor or brain trauma surgery; 4. Those with skin damage on the hands or cranial defects; 5. Those with severe mental illness or consciousness disorders.
