研究目的：

明确胃癌细胞重塑B细胞生发中心的关键调控因子SEMA4G在转移淋巴结免疫微环境重塑过程中的具体作用及其机制，揭示高侵袭性胃癌细胞先重塑淋巴结免疫微环境，再转移至淋巴结定植的完整通路。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the specific role and mechanism of the key regulatory factor SEMA4G, which remodels B cell germinal centers in gastric cancer cells, in the process of remodeling the immune microenvironment of metastatic lymph nodes, and reveal the complete pathway by which highly invasive gastric cancer cells first remodel the lymph node immune microenvironment and then metastasize to and colonize the lymph nodes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄50-70岁，无已知的严重器质性疾病。 （2）经病理确诊为胃恶性肿瘤，男女不限。 （3）术后病理证实有淋巴结转移。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 50-70 years, with no known severe organic diseases. 2. Pathologically confirmed malignant gastric tumor, regardless of gender. 3. Postoperative pathology confirms lymph node metastasis.

排除标准：

（1）有吞咽困难、上消化道出血症状者； （2）存在食管-胃底静脉曲张、食管狭窄者； （3）既往胃部外科手术史者； （4）存在凝血功能障碍或需持续服用抗凝药、抗血小板药物者； （5）存在胃镜检查和黏膜活检禁忌症者； （6）本人拒绝配合研究方案及拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with difficulty swallowing or symptoms of upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 2. Those with esophageal-gastric varices or esophageal strictures; 3. Those with a history of gastric surgery; 4. Those with coagulation disorders or who need to continuously take anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs; 5. Those who have contraindications for gastroscopy and mucosal biopsy; 6. Individuals who refuse to cooperate with the research protocol and refuse to sign the informed consent form.
