研究目的：

本项目拟：（1）构建一套科学、完善、适用于胃肠道肿瘤患者腹腔镜术后的基于 ERAS 理念的护理模式，明确该护理模式在术前、术中、术后各个阶段的具体护理措施和操作规范；（2）验证基于ERAS理念的护理模式对胃肠道肿瘤患者腹腔镜术后结果的影响，包括降低术后并发症发生率、缩短术后排气时间、进食时间和住院时间、提高患者术后生活质量等方面；（3）分析基于ERAS理念的护理模式在临床应用过程中存在的问题和不足，并提出相应的改进措施，为该护理模式的进一步推广和完善提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This project plans to: (1) establish a scientific, comprehensive nursing model for patients with gastrointestinal tumors after laparoscopic surgery based on the ERAS concept, and clarify the specific nursing measures and operational standards at the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative stages of this nursing model; (2) verify the impact of the nursing model based on the ERAS concept on the postoperative outcomes of patients with gastrointestinal tumors, including reducing the incidence of postoperative complications, shortening the time to postoperative flatus, oral intake, and hospital stay, and improving the patients' postoperative quality of life; (3) analyze the problems and shortcomings in the clinical application of the nursing model based on the ERAS concept, and propose corresponding improvement measures to provide a reference for the further promotion and refinement of this nursing model.

纳入标准：

年龄≤50岁；经病理确诊为胃癌或结直肠癌（TNM分期Ⅰ-Ⅲ期）；拟行腹腔镜根治术（胃癌D2根治术、结直肠癌前切除术/腹会阴联合切除术）；术前无严重心肝肾疾病、凝血功能障碍；能配合完成随访；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≤ 50 years old;
2.Diagnosed by pathology as gastric cancer or colorectal cancer (TNM stage I-III);
3.Proposed laparoscopic radical surgery (D2 radical resection for gastric cancer, anterior resection for colorectal cancer/combined resection of the abdomen and perineum);
4.No severe liver, kidney or liver diseases or coagulation dysfunction before surgery;
5.Can cooperate to complete follow-up;

排除标准：

急诊手术患者；合并远处转移（Ⅳ期）；术前存在肠梗阻、消化道出血；精神疾病或认知障碍无法沟通；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Emergency surgical patients;
2.Merge distant metastasis (stage IV);
3.Preoperative presence of intestinal obstruction and gastrointestinal bleeding;
4.Unable to communicate due to mental illness or cognitive impairment;
