研究目的：

以需进行眼表组织粘附手术治疗的患者为研究对象，观察使用免缝合眼用水凝胶实现眼表组织粘附的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

This study enrolled patients requiring ocular surface tissue adhesion surgery to evaluate the safety and efficacy of using a sutureless ophthalmic hydrogel adhesive for tissue adhesion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 因眼表疾病（如翼状胬肉、角膜溃疡、眼表烧伤、假性胬肉等）需行结膜瓣粘附、羊膜移植术、角膜移植手术的患者。 2. 同意获取时年龄在18岁以上、85岁以下（性别不限）。 3. 能够从本人处获取书面同意，自愿参加本研究的患者。 4. 无严重全身器质性疾病，如严重心、肝、肾疾病及恶性肿瘤等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients for whom surgical adhesion of ocular surface tissue is indicated due to conditions such as pterygium, corneal ulcer, ocular surface burn, or pseudopterygium, involving procedures like conjunctival flap adhesion, amniotic membrane transplantation, or keratoplasty. 2. Aged 18–85 years (any gender) at the time of consent. 3. Ability to provide written informed consent for voluntary participation in the study. 4. Absence of severe systemic organic diseases, including but not limited to severe cardiac, hepatic, renal disorders, and malignant tumors.

排除标准：

1. 对免缝合眼用水凝胶成分（如脱细胞猪角膜基质、甲基丙烯酰化明胶等）或围手术期及术后观察期间处方药物（麻醉药、抗生素、类固醇制剂等）有过敏史的患者。 2. 患有全身性感染症（细菌、真菌、HBV、HCV等病毒阳性者等）的患者。 3. 血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者（HbA1C 8.0%以上）。 4. 孕妇及可能怀孕、或计划在本临床研究期间怀孕的女性。 5. 同意获取前1个月内参加过其他临床试验或临床研究的患者。 6. 其他因合并症等被认为不适合实施本临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to any component of the sutureless ophthalmic hydrogel (e.g., decellularized porcine corneal stroma, gelatin methacryloyl) or to any peri-/post-operative medication prescribed (e.g., anesthetics, antibiotics, steroids). 2. Patients with active systemic infection (e.g., bacterial, fungal, or viral infections such as HBV or HCV positivity). 3. Diabetic patients with poor glycemic control (HbA1c > 8.0%). 4. Pregnant or lactating women, women of childbearing potential not using adequate contraception, or women planning to become pregnant during the study period. 5. Patients who have participated in any other clinical trial or investigational study within one month prior to the screening visit. 6. Patients deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this clinical study due to other comorbidities or reasons.
