研究目的：

主要目的：通过比较腹膜透析导管置入术中2种建立隧道外口的方法，观察这两种方法患者隧道外口成熟情况。 次要目的：腹膜透析导管相关感染、腹膜炎的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: By comparing the two methods of establishing the external opening of the tunnel during peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion, observe the maturation status of the external opening in patients using these two methods. Secondary objective: Incidence of peritoneal dialysis catheter-related infections and peritonitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=16岁； 2.经KDIGO指南，规范诊断为慢性肾衰竭尿毒症期（CKD5期）患者且临床资料完整； 3.2025年7月-2027年7月就诊于山东大学齐鲁医院（青岛）并行腹膜透析置管术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 16 years old; 2. According to the KDIGO guidelines, diagnosed as patients in the uremic stage of chronic renal failure (CKD stage 5) with complete clinical data; 3. Patients who visited Shandong University Qilu Hospital (Qingdao) from July 2025 to July 2027 and underwent peritoneal dialysis catheterization.

排除标准：

1.拟建立隧道区域存在皮肤损伤如湿疹、溃疡、瘢痕等； 2.病例资料缺失>20%患者； 3.非初次腹膜透析置管者（感染后再置管）； 4.肾移植失功后腹透患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. There may be skin damage such as eczema, ulcers, and scars in the tunnel area; 2. More than 20% of the cases lack relevant medical records; 3. Patients who underwent non-initial peritoneal dialysis catheterization (re-catheterization after infection); 4. Patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis after kidney transplantation failure

研究者杨馥蔓随机选中随机数表的第41行第29列开始，向后数66个数字，将这66个数字按照从小到大的顺序排列，每个数字对应相应的患者，如遇到相同的数字，定义先出现的为小，按照从小到大的顺序排列的前33个数字对应患者为A组，后33个数字对应患者为 B组，利用掷硬币的方案确定A组为隧道口直接穿刺法，B组为隧道口切开法。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Researcher Yang Fuman randomly selected the 15th column of the 41st row of the random number table as the starting point, counted backward by 66 digits, arranged these 66 digits in ascending order, and each digit corresponded to a specific patient. If the same digit was encountered, the one that appeared first was defined as smaller. The first 33 digits arranged in ascending order corresponded to patients in Group A, and the last 33 digits corresponded to patients in Group B. The tossing of a coin was used to determine that Group A would adopt the direct puncture method at the tunnel opening, and Group B would use the tunnel opening incision method.
