评估三种AI模型（ChatGPT-4、Deepseek、Gemini）预测ASA分级的准确性  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the Accuracy of Three AI Models (ChatGPT-4, Deepseek, Gemini) in Predicting the ASA Physical Status Classification.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将纳入的患者由具有资格的麻醉医生进行常规术前访视评估，将患者住院就诊信息及麻醉医生通过术前访视后所得到的综合信息进行汇总，并进行人工ASA分级，将结果进行记录。同时将所获得的患者信息也通过 Chatgpt 、Deepseek 和 Gemini 大型语言模型对手术患者 ASA 评级， Chatgpt 、Deepseek 和 Gemini 是一种通用人工智能，具备创建特定GPT 模型的能力。当它们在接收到包括患者年龄、性别、身高、体重、吸烟史、循环系统、呼吸系统、肝功能、肾功能、内分泌系统、神经系统状态以及任何异常的实验室和影像学结果，计划手术的详细信息及患 者咨询记录等数据后，提供从1到6的ASA 评分预测，当ASA 评分为V/VI 时，因为AI 无法 观测到病人实际复杂情况，我们排除这种结果。本研究不涉及研究分组，仅需人机结果对比。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

In this study, all enrolled patients will undergo routine preoperative assessment by qualified anesthesiologists. The patients' hospitalization information and the comprehensive data obtained by anesthesiologists during preoperative evaluations will be compiled, followed by manual ASA classification, with the results recorded accordingly. Simultaneously, the same patient information will be submitted to the large language models—ChatGPT, Deepseek, and Gemini—for ASA classification of surgical patients. ChatGPT, Deepseek, and Gemini are general-purpose artificial intelligence systems capable of creating specific GPT models. Upon receiving data including the patient's age, gender, height, weight, smoking history, circulatory system status, respiratory system status, liver function, kidney function, endocrine system status, neurological system status, any abnormal laboratory and imaging findings, detailed information of the planned surgery, and patient consultation records, these models will provide an ASA score prediction ranging from 1 to 6. Predictions of ASA class V or VI will be excluded, since the AI cannot observe the patient's actual complex condition. This study does not involve research grouping; it solely requires a comparison between human and AI-generated results.

Patients scheduled for elective surgery with an ASA score of I to IV requiring anesthesia

排除标准：

1. ASA V 和 VI 级的危症患者； 2. 急诊手术患者； 3. 信息不足的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Critically ill patients with ASA V and VI classifications; 2. Patients requiring emergency surgery; 3. Patients with insufficient information.
