研究目的：

1.调查分析我国入住PICU的患儿家属心理状况及转科压力。 2.为缓解PICU患儿家属应激压力，制定适宜、有效的护理措施，提供高品质护理服务。 3.切实贯彻“以家庭为中心的”护理理念，为儿科护理工作探索并开展更加人性化的护理服务，提高患者及家属就医体验。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate and analyze the psychological status and transfer-related stress of family members of children admitted to PICUs in China. 2. To alleviate the stress of family members of PICU children, formulate appropriate and effective nursing interventions and provide high-quality nursing services. 3. Effectively implement the "family-centered" nursing philosophy, explore and carry out more humanized nursing services for pediatric nursing work, and improve the healthcare experience of patients and their families.

纳入标准：

1.患儿经医生评估符合转至普通病房的临床指征； 2.家属与患儿为直系亲属，为患儿住院期间的主要照护者； 3.家属年龄≥18周岁； 4.自愿参与研究并配合全流程干预。

Inclusion criteria

1. The child meets the clinical indications for transfer to a general ward as assessed by physicians. 2. The family member is an immediate family member of the child and serves as the primary caregiver during the child's hospitalization. 3. The family member is ≥18 years old. 4. Voluntarily participates in the study and cooperates with the full-course intervention.

排除标准：

1.家属存在严重精神疾病、认知障碍或语言沟通障碍； 2.家属曾参与同类转科应激相关研究； 3.患儿转科前病情突发恶化，取消转科计划；

Exclusion criteria：

1. The family member has severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or language communication barriers. 2. The family member has participated in similar studies related to transfer-related stress. 3. The child's condition suddenly deteriorates before transfer, resulting in the cancellation of the transfer plan.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究数据采集对象为2026年4月-2026年10月入住四川省妇幼保健院PICU并转至普通病房的患儿及家属，按随机双盲原则分为对照组与实验组，分别在入科时、转科前、转科后第三天，通过医院焦虑抑郁量表、转科应激压力量表、照顾准备度量表、满意度调查表等标准化工具采集家属心理状态、转科准备度、就医满意度等数据，并同步记录患儿再入PICU率；数据管理采用SPSS27.0统计软件建立数据库，完成数据录入与整理后，严格清查异常值、逻辑性及完整性以形成规范分析数据库，全程落实数据质量控制与追溯管理，确保数据真实可靠，为后续组间比较及干预效果评估提供坚实支撑。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The subjects of data collection in this study were children admitted to the PICU of Sichuan Maternity and Child Health Hospital who were transferred to general wards between April 2026 and October 2026, along with their family members. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random double-blind principle. Data on family members' psychological status, transfer readiness, and healthcare satisfaction were collected using standardized tools such as the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), Transfer-Related Stress Scale, Caregiver Readiness Scale, and Satisfaction Questionnaire at three time points: at the time of admission to PICU, before transfer, and on the third day after transfer. Meanwhile, the rate of pediatric readmission to PICU was recorded synchronously. For data management, SPSS 27.0 statistical software was used to establish a database. After completing data entry and collation, strict checks for outliers, logical consistency, and completeness were conducted to form a standardized analytical database. Data quality control and traceability management were implemented throughout the process to ensure data authenticity and reliability, providing solid support for subsequent inter-group comparisons and intervention effect evaluation.
