研究目的：

探讨星状神经节阻滞联合艾司氯胺酮对预防剖宫产后抑郁的效果，为临床应用提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of stellate ganglion block combined with esketamine on preventing postpartum depression after cesarean section and provide a reference for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.EPDS评分≥10分； 2.ASA I-II 级； 3.年龄20-40岁； 4.BMI 25-35 kg/m^2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) score >=10; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-II; 3. Age range: 20 - 40 years old; 4. BMI 25-35 kg / m^2.

排除标准：

1.合并妊娠期并发症； 2.精神异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combining pregnancy-related complications; 2. Insanity.
