研究目的：

明确血清 GDF-15在消化道肿瘤患者与健康人群中的表达差异，验证其作为 消化道肿瘤诊断标志物的效能。 探索血清GDF-15水平动态变化与消化道肿瘤患者早期临床诊断相关性，探讨其临床应用潜力。 通过筛出与GDF-15有关的变量利用多种机器学习算法构建消化系统肿瘤早期诊断模型，通过多种模型评估其与其他有意义变量联合应用的诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the differences in serum GDF-15 expression between patients with gastrointestinal tumors and healthy populations, and verify its efficacy as a diagnostic marker for gastrointestinal tumors. Explore the correlation between dynamic changes in serum GDF-15 levels and early clinical diagnosis in patients with gastrointestinal tumors, and investigate its potential clinical application. By screening variables related to GDF-15, construct early diagnostic models for gastrointestinal tumors using various machine learning algorithms, and evaluate the diagnostic value of their combined application with other meaningful variables through multiple models.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.所有消化道肿瘤患者均为初诊，并且采血前均未进行任何治疗； 2.经组织病理学确诊的原发性消化道恶性肿瘤； 3.所有研究对象自愿参与并签署知情同意书； 4.临床资料完整，可完成随访； 5.健康对照组集血清样本均保存于样本库； 6.消化系统肿瘤病人及肝硬化病人血清样本均保存于样本库； 7.本次研究需要保存完整血样的病例方可纳入。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients with gastrointestinal tumors are newly diagnosed, and no treatment has been administered before blood collection; 2. Primary gastrointestinal malignancies confirmed by histopathology; 3. All study participants voluntarily participated and signed informed consent; 4. Clinical data is complete and follow-up can be conducted; 5. Serum samples of the healthy control group are all stored in the sample bank; 6. Serum samples of patients with gastrointestinal tumors and liver cirrhosis are all stored in the sample bank; 7. Only cases with complete blood samples can be included in this study.

排除标准：

1.临床信息资料缺失； 2.初诊前经过治疗的肿瘤患者； 3.随访期间患其他恶性肿瘤，并因其他恶性肿瘤死亡；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Missing clinical information; 2. Tumor patients who have received treatment before the initial diagnosis; 3. Patients who develop other malignant tumors during follow-up and die from other malignant tumors;
