研究目的：

比较运动疗法中三维 Schroth 运动和核心稳定训练在缓解AIS患者躯干形态失衡的作用效果以探讨不同运动干预在AIS治疗的作用优势  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of three-dimensional Schroth exercises and core stability training in alleviating trunk posture imbalance in patients with AIS, and to explore the advantages of different exercise interventions in the treatment of AIS

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合AIS的诊断 （2）年龄位于10-16岁 （3）Cobb角位于10-25° （4）Risser征0-3 （5）没有接受过其他可能影响脊柱侧凸的治疗方法

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of AIS (2) Age is between 10 and 16 years old (3) Cobb angle is between 10 and 25 degrees (4) Risser sign is 0 to 3 (5) Has not received any other treatments that might affect scoliosis

排除标准：

（1）由神经肌肉紊乱、椎体畸形、创伤、肿瘤或其他疾病引起的非特发性脊柱侧凸 （2）伴随精神问题或神经肌肉或风湿病 （3）既往脊柱或下肢手术史 （4）既往运动或支架治疗史 （5）有运动禁忌症的患者 （6）X线片拍摄不全或不清晰，影响数据测量者 （7）合并有其它重大原发性疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Idiopathic scoliosis caused by neuromuscular disorders, vertebral deformities, trauma, tumors or other diseases (2) Accompanied by mental problems or neuromuscular or rheumatic diseases (3) History of previous spinal or lower limb surgeries (4) History of previous exercise or stent treatment (5) Patients with contraindications to exercise (6) X-ray films that are incomplete or unclear, affecting data measurement (7) Patients with other major primary diseases combined
