研究目的：

本课题将基于有限元分析获得的力学优化理论，设计并应用个性化真空吸盘,并结合3D扫描胸廓数据获取、临床功能评估等随访治疗效果，分析临床疗效，围绕以下目标进行研究： （1）主要研究目的：探讨基于有限元力学分析指导的个性化真空吸盘对漏斗胸患者胸骨凹陷形态的客观矫正效果。 （2）次要研究目的：探讨该优化方案在临床治疗中的安全性（如并发症发生率）与潜在主观效益（如患者舒适度及生活质量改善）； （3）次要研究目的：有限元分析应用于真空负压吸盘，探析治疗过程中的真空负压吸盘生物力学特征。  

Objectives of Study：

This research topic will design and apply personalized vacuum suction cups based on the mechanical optimization theory obtained from finite element analysis. It will combine 3D scanning of thoracic cage data, clinical functional evaluation, and other follow-up treatment outcomes to analyze clinical efficacy, focusing on the following objectives: (1) Main research purpose: To explore the objective correction effect of personalized vacuum suction cups guided by finite element mechanical analysis on the sternal depression morphology in patients with pectus excavatum. (2) Secondary research purpose: To investigate the safety (such as complication incidence rate) and potential subjective benefits (such as patient comfort and quality of life improvement) of this optimized scheme in clinical treatment; (3) Secondary research purpose: To explore the biomechanical characteristics of vacuum negative pressure suction cups during treatment when finite element analysis is applied to vacuum negative pressure suction cups.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合漏斗胸研究诊断标准：参照《漏斗胸外科治疗中国专家共识》中漏斗胸诊断标准，2.5≤HI指数≤3.5；
2.漏斗胸畸形明显,漏斗部凹陷深度大于 1cm；
3.症状影响日常生活（如外观、胸闷）；
4.使用真空负压吸盘治疗1年的男性或女性，年龄0.5-16岁；
5.之前未经其他治疗；
6.患者及其监护人自愿配合该研究或签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for pectus excavatum: According to the diagnostic criteria for pectus excavatum in the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Surgical Treatment of Pectus Excavatum, the HI index is between 2.5 and 3.5 inclusive;
2.The pectus excavatum deformity is obvious, with the funnel-shaped depression depth greater than 1cm;
3.Symptoms affect daily life (such as appearance, chest tightness);
4.Male or female individuals aged 0.5 to 16 years who have undergone vacuum negative pressure suction cup treatment for 1 year;
5.Previously untreated with other therapies;
6.The patient and their guardian voluntarily cooperate with this study or sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有恶性肿瘤；
2.患有骨骼疾病（如成骨不全症）；
3.患有血管疾病（如马凡综合征）；
4.患有凝血功能障碍；
5.患有妨碍使用支具的皮肤病；
6.重要随访资料不全；
7.沟通理解困难，无法配合完成治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from bone diseases (such as osteogenesis imperfecta);
2.Suffering from bone diseases (such as osteogenesis imperfecta);
3.Suffering from vascular diseases (such as Marfan syndrome);
4.Suffering from coagulation dysfunction;
5.Suffering from a skin disease that hinders the use of braces;
6.Important follow-up information is incomplete;
7.Difficulty in communication and understanding, making it impossible to cooperate with the treatment.
