研究目的：

通过开展结核病高负担地区结核患者流行病学调查，掌握恩施州结核病患者的社会人口学与流行特征；通过全基因组测序，系统解析本地区结核分枝杆菌遗传结构，揭示其传播模式；对利川市结核病患者密切接触者进行主动筛查与健康监测，评估高风险人群结核病早发现的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) investigate the sociodemographic and epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis (TB) patients in a high-burden area of Enshi Prefecture, and to analyze the genetic structure and transmission dynamics of local Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains; (2) implement and assess the outcome of active screening and health monitoring for early TB detection among close contacts of patients in Lichuan City.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.结核病患者符合中华人民共和国卫生行业标准肺结核诊断标（WS288-2017），包括初治和复治患者； （2）成功分离培养结核分枝杆菌菌株，并完成测序。

Inclusion criteria

1. Tuberculosis patients met the diagnostic criteria of the People's Republic of China Health Industry Standard for Pulmonary Tuberculosis (WS 288-2017), including both new and retreatment cases; 2. Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains were successfully isolated and cultured, with sequencing completed.

排除标准：

1.培养污染或未成功分离出结核分枝杆菌； （2）被鉴定为非结核分枝杆菌； （3）建库失败或测序深度不足以满足变异分析要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Culture contamination or failure to successfully isolate Mycobacterium tuberculosis; 2. Identification as nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM); 3. Failure in library preparation or insufficient sequencing depth for reliable variant analysis.
