国家已将儿童健康成长提升至战略层面,多项国家政策明确提出强化校园体育普及、促进青少年身心全面发展,北京市“体育八条”进一步细化要求,将跳绳列为小学必测加分及大课间项目,凸显其在儿童体质提升与体育教育改革中的关键价值。执行功能是调控基本认知过程的高级认知功能,是情绪功能核心,与儿童学习、行为等密切相关,分为抑制控制、工作记忆、认知灵活性三个子功能,其发展好坏直接影响儿童学业与生活,发展不良会引发多种问题。7-8岁儿童处于大脑发育关键期,此时进行科学运动干预对其认知与身心健康意义重大。 研究证实,适宜体育锻炼可优化神经环路、提升执行功能,跳绳对儿童执行功能有积极作用,但现有研究存在缺口:多聚焦单一跳绳模式,缺乏不同节奏跳绳的对比研究,且未细化节奏设计,无法提供针对性运动方案。节奏跳绳强度适中、易开展,契合7-8岁儿 童发展需求,固定与变换节奏跳绳对儿童认知的挑战各有不同。本研究设置常规、固定节奏、变换节奏三组跳绳干预,既响应国家战略,也能丰富儿童运动干预理论,为学校和家庭提供科学指导,对推动儿童认知健康与全面发展具有重要理论与现实意义。  

Objectives of Study:

The state has elevated the healthy growth of children to a strategic level. Multiple national policies have explicitly proposed to strengthen the popularization of sports in schools and promote the all-round physical and mental development of teenagers. Beijing's "Eight Rules for Sports" have further detailed the requirements, listing rope skipping as a mandatory bonus point for primary school tests and a large break item, highlighting its key value in improving children's physical fitness and reforming physical education. Executive function is an advanced cognitive function that regulates basic cognitive processes and is at the core of emotional functions. It is closely related to children's learning, behavior, etc. It is divided into three sub-functions: inhibitory control, working memory, and cognitive flexibility. The development of these sub-functions directly affects children's academic performance and life. Poor development can lead to various problems. Children aged 7 to 8 are in a critical period of brain development. Conducting scientific exercise intervention at this time is of great significance to their cognitive and physical and mental health. Research has confirmed that appropriate physical exercise can optimize neural circuits and enhance executive function. Skipping rope has a positive effect on children's executive function. However, there are gaps in existing research: most focus on a single skipping rope mode, lack comparative studies of skipping rope at different rhythms, and do not refine the rhythm design, thus failing to provide targeted exercise plans. Rhythmic rope skipping has a moderate intensity and is easy to carry out, which meets the development needs of children aged 7 to 8. The challenges to children's cognition posed by fixed and changing rhythmic rope skipping are different. This study sets up three groups of rope skipping interventions: regular, fixed-rhythm, and variable-rhythm. It not only responds to the national strategy but also enriches the theory of children's motor intervention, providing scientific guidance for schools and families. It has significant theoretical and practical significance for promoting children's cognitive health and all-round development.

纳入标准:

(1)身体健康,无心血管疾病、骨骼肌肉系统疾病、神经系统疾病等运动禁忌症;(2)无视力、听力障碍,能正常理解并完成实验任务;(3)家长知情同意并签署知情同意书,儿童自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) In good health, without contraindications to exercise such as cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disease, nervous system disease, etc. (2) without visual and hearing impairment, and able to understand and complete the experimental task normally; (3) The parents gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form, and the children voluntarily participated in the study.

排除标准:

(1)实验期间因伤病、转学等原因无法完成 12 周干预及测试者;(2)干预期间参与其他可能影响实验结果的系统性运动训练者;(3)测试过程中数据采集失败或无效者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Those who could not complete the 12-week intervention and test due to injury, school transfer and other reasons during the experiment; (2) those who participated in other systematic sports training that may affect the results of the experiment during the intervention; (3) Data collection fails or is invalid during the test.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究采用标准化病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)进行数据采集,内容包括受试者基本信息、分组信息、干预依从性记录、认知功能测试原始数据、运动心率监测数据等。数据录入采用双人双录方式,由 2 名经过培训的研究人员独立录入 Excel 表格,核对无误后锁定数据库。采用电子数据管理系统(EDC)进行数据存储与管理,设置访问权限,确保数据安全与隐私保护,定期进行数据备份,防止数据丢失。

This study uses a standardized Case Record Form (CRF) for data collection, including subject basic information, group information, intervention compliance records, raw cognitive function test data, exercise heart rate monitoring data, etc. Data entry adopts the double-entry method: two trained researchers independently enter the data into Excel tables, lock the database after verification. An electronic data capture (EDC) system is used for data storage and management, with access rights set to ensure data security and privacy protection, and regular data backup to prevent data loss.
