Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the Impact of SGLT2 Inhibitors on Fatigue Symptoms in Patients with DKD

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75周岁，男女不限；
2.符合诊断标准的糖尿病肾病患者（糖尿病合并慢性肾病，糖尿病的诊断遵循世界卫生组织的定义，慢性肾病依据2024年KDIGO标准）；
3.既往未使用过SGLT2抑制剂，目前需要接受SGLT2抑制剂（加格列净）治疗的患者；
4.自我报告存在疲劳（基线FACIT-F量表得分≤40分）的患者；
5.自愿签署书面知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 to 75 years, male or female;
2.Patients diagnosed with diabetic kidney disease (diabetes complicated with chronic kidney disease, with diabetes diagnosis based on the World Health Organization definition and chronic kidney disease according to the 2024 KDIGO guidelines);
3.Patients who have not previously used SGLT2 inhibitors and currently require treatment with an SGLT2 inhibitor(Janagliflozin).
4.Patients self-reporting fatigue (with a baseline FACIT-F scale score ≤ 40);
5.Patients voluntarily signing written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.存在其他疾病导致疲劳（如甲状腺功能异常）的患者；
2.合并严重心衰（NYHA III-IV级）、晚期肝病、活动性肿瘤的患者；
3.具有反复泌尿生殖感染史（过去1年≥3次）的患者；
4.妊娠期或未来6个月计划妊娠的女性患者；
5.由于认知障碍或语言障碍而无法完成问卷的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with fatigue caused by other diseases (such as thyroid dysfunction); 2.Patients complicated with severe heart failure (NYHA class III-IV), advanced liver disease, or active tumors; 3.Patients with a history of recurrent genitourinary tract infections (>=3 times in the past year); 4.Female patients who are pregnant or planning pregnancy within the next 6 months; 5.Patients unable to complete the questionnaire due to cognitive impairment or language barriers.
