研究目的:

尽管机器人UKA在理论上具备更精准恢复原生力线和软组织张力的能力,且CPAK分型为评估力线提供了先进的个体化框架,但目前缺乏基于CPAK分型方法,系统比较MAKO机器人辅助UKA与Naton机器人辅助UKA在术后下肢力线(特别是恢复至原生力线状态)差异的高质量临床研究。本研究旨在通过回顾性分析,利用CPAK分型系统,定量评估并比较MAKO机器人辅助UKA与Naton机器人辅助UKA术后患者的冠状面下肢力线参数(HKA角、JLO角),重点分析两者在恢复至患者术前CPAK分型所定义的原生对线特征方面的差异,同时对两组患者术前术后的生化指标及膝关节功能评分进行统计分析,为进口和国产机器人技术在实现个体化、精准化UKA中的差异提供力线恢复层面的临床证据。  

Objectives of Study:

Although robotic-assisted UKA theoretically offers the capability for more precise restoration of native limb alignment and soft tissue tension, and the CPAK classification provides an advanced individualized framework for assessing alignment, there is currently a lack of high-quality clinical studies that systematically compare the differences in postoperative lower limb alignment—particularly restoration to the native alignment state—between MAKO robotic-assisted UKA and Naton robotic-assisted UKA based on the CPAK classification method. This study aims to quantitatively evaluate and compare the coronal plane lower limb alignment parameters (HKA angle, JLO angle) in postoperative patients who underwent MAKO robotic-assisted UKA versus Naton robotic-assisted UKA through retrospective analysis using the CPAK classification system. The focus is on analyzing the differences between the two groups in restoring the native alignment characteristics as defined by the patient's preoperative CPAK classification. Simultaneously, statistical analysis will be conducted on preoperative and postoperative biochemical markers and knee function scores for both patient groups. The research seeks to provide clinical evidence regarding alignment restoration, highlighting the differences between imported and domestically produced robotic technologies in achieving individualized and precise UKA.

纳入标准:

1. 2022年8月至2025年5月在我科行机器人辅助下膝关节单髁置换患者 2. 患者有自主行为能力,愿意遵从研究指导并完成要求的所有随访,并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent robotic-assisted unicompartmental knee arthroplasty in our department from August 2022 to May 2025. 2. Patients possessed independent decision-making capacity, were willing to comply with the study protocol and complete all required follow-ups, and had signed the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1. 外侧间室单髁置换术 2. 缺乏术前和术后的下肢全长片 3. 机器人单髁非使用MAKO和Naton机器人进行手术的患者

Exclusion criteria:

1. Lateral compartment unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. 2. Absence of preoperative and postoperative full-length lower limb radiographs. 3. Patients whose surgery was not performed using either the MAKO or Naton robotic systems.
