研究目的：

探究脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛患者的肠道菌群特征及其代谢物特征，探讨肠道菌群及其代谢物在脊髓损伤神经病理性疼痛中的作用，为应用肠道菌群及其代谢物预防和治疗脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛提供实验依据  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the characteristics of the intestinal flora and metabolites in patients with neuropathic pain caused by spinal cord injury, and to investigate the role of the intestinal flora and its metabolites in neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury, in order to provide experimental evidence for the application of the intestinal flora and its metabolites in preventing and treating neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者组：脊髓损伤 6 个月内；损伤节段以及损伤程度分级均通过神经学检查确定；年龄 18-70 岁；生命体征平稳；无严重腹泻、炎症性肠病等胃肠道疾病以及半年内未进行粪菌移植治疗；无肺部感染、膀胱感染、呼吸道感染；无呼吸衰竭、心力衰竭等严重并发症的患者; 2.对照组：年龄18-70岁；健康状况良好；无严重腹泻、炎症性肠病等胃肠道疾病以及半年内未进行粪菌移植治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient group: Spinal cord injury within 6 months; The classification of the injured segments and the degree of injury was determined through neurological examination. Aged 18 to 70; Vital signs are stable; No severe diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease or other gastrointestinal diseases, and no fecal microbiota transplantation treatment has been performed within half a year. No lung infection, bladder infection or respiratory tract infection; Patients without serious complications such as respiratory failure and heart failure; 2. Control group: Age 18-70 years; in good health; no severe diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease or other gastrointestinal diseases, and no fecal microbiota transplantation treatment within the past half year.

排除标准：

1.患者组：脊髓损伤后的伤害性疼痛（如骨骼肌肉痛和内脏痛）；其他疾病来源的疼痛；已知恶性肿瘤；认知功能障碍或精神类疾病。 2.对照组：患有脊髓损伤；近期服用过益生菌或抗生素、身体出现疼痛；胃肠道疾病；认知功能障碍或精神类疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient group: Pain caused by spinal cord injury (such as musculoskeletal pain and visceral pain); pain from other disease sources; known malignant tumors; cognitive dysfunction or mental disorders. 2. Control group: Suffering from spinal cord injury; Have taken probiotics or antibiotics recently, experiencing pain in the body; gastrointestinal diseases; cognitive dysfunction or mental disorders.
