研究目的：

主要目的：系统识别与痴呆患者吞咽功能障碍独立相关的危险因素。 次要目的： 比较不同痴呆类型（神经变性性痴呆、阿尔茨海默病、路易体痴呆 、帕金森病痴呆、额颞叶痴呆、血管性痴呆等）吞咽障碍发生率和特征的差异。 探讨吞咽障碍严重程度与患者营养状况、肺炎发生率的相关性。 研究假设：痴呆患者的吞咽障碍是多因素共同作用的结果，其中认知功能严重减退、特定精神行为症状、明显的衰弱状态、以及特定的脑区受累体征是独立的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To systematically identify risk factors independently associated with swallowing dysfunction in patients with dementia. Secondary objectives: To compare the incidence and characteristics of dysphagia among different types of dementia (neurodegenerative dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, Parkinson's disease dementia, frontotemporal dementia, vascular dementia, etc.).To explore the correlation between the severity of swallowing disorders and the nutritional status and incidence of pneumonia. Study hypothesis: Dysphagia in patients with dementia is the result of a combination of factors, with severe cognitive decline, specific psychobehavioral symptoms, significant debilitating states, and specific signs of brain region involvement as independent risk factors.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60周岁 符合国际通用诊断标准的各类痴呆患者。 2.知情同意（由法定监护人签署）。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age>= 60 years old Patients with various types of dementia who meet the international common diagnostic criteria. 2.Informed consent (signed by legal guardian).

排除标准：

1. 存在非痴呆原因导致的严重吞咽障碍（如头颈部肿瘤、卒中急性期后遗症、重症肌无力等）。 2. 终末期疾病，预期寿命<3个月。 3. 无法配合完成基本评估。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe swallowing disorders due to non-dementia causes (such as head and neck tumors, sequelae of acute stroke, myasthenia gravis, etc.). 2.Terminal illness with a life expectancy of < 3 months. 3.Unable to cooperate with the completion of the basic assessment.
