研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨OMRU框架下基于计划行为理论的HIV/AIDS患者血脂管理方案对HIV/AIDS患者的甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（VLDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、BMI指数、腰臀比、体重；计划行为理论中各社会认知变量（态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制、行为意图）；简体中文版艾滋病病人生存质量；HIV感染者/AIDS患者自我管理能力的影响。主要包含以下几个部分： 第一阶段：HIV/AIDS患者血脂管理方案构建 本阶段在OMRU框架下，进行以问题为基础的焦点小组访谈，从证据、医院环境、潜在采纳者(医生、营养师、传染病专科护士、护理人员、患者)三个方面进行障碍因素和促进因素评估，在障碍因素和促进因素分析的基础上,基于计划行为理论，成立了由7名成员组成的研究小组，包括研究生导师、主任医师1名、传染病专科护士2名、营养师1名、2名在读研究生。课题组成员主要负责HIV/AIDS患者血脂管理方案初稿的制定、专家咨询问卷的编制、专家遴选、咨询意见的汇总与反馈，构建HIV/AIDS患者血脂管理方案。 第二阶段：HIV/AIDS患者血脂管理方案的效果评价 本阶段的主要研究目的是通过预试验，评价构建的HIV/AIDS患者血脂管理方案的可用性及准确性，然后通过随机对照试验，评价该方案改善患者血脂异常水平及临床结局的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of a lipid management program for HIV/AIDS patients—based on the Theory of Planned Behavior within the OMRU framework—on triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), very-low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), body mass index (BMI), waist-to-hip ratio, and body weight; the various sociocognitive variables in the Theory of Planned Behavior (attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and behavioral intention); the Chinese version of the Quality of Life for People Living with HIV/AIDS; and the self-management capabilities of people living with HIV/AIDS. It primarily consists of the following components: Phase 1: Development of a Lipid Management Protocol for HIV/AIDS Patients In this phase, within the OMRU framework, problem-based focus group interviews were conducted to assess barriers and facilitators from three perspectives: evidence, hospital environment, and potential adopters (physicians, dietitians, infectious disease specialist nurses, nursing staff, and patients). Based on the analysis of these factors and grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior, a seven-member research team was established, comprising a graduate advisor, one chief physician, two infectious disease specialist nurses, one dietitian, and two graduate students. The research team was primarily responsible for drafting the initial version of the lipid management protocol for HIV/AIDS patients, developing the expert consultation questionnaire, selecting experts, compiling and providing feedback on expert opinions, and finalizing the lipid management protocol. Phase II: Evaluation of the Lipid Management Protocol for HIV/AIDS Patients The primary research objective of this phase is to evaluate the usability and accuracy of the developed lipid management protocol for HIV/AIDS patients through a pilot study, followed by a randomized controlled trial to assess the protocol’s effectiveness in improving patients’ dyslipidemia levels and clinical outcomes.

1.年龄18岁以上; 2.接受抗病毒治疗HIV/AIDS患者; 3.知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 years or above; 2. HIV/AIDS patients receiving antiviral therapy; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.存在认知或沟通障碍,无法正常交流的患者; 2.正在参与或已参与其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cognitive or communication impairments who are unable to communicate effectively; 2. Patients who are currently participating in, or have previously participated in, other clinical trials.
