纳入标准: |
1.年龄18-70岁,性别不限; 2.体重指数(BMI)>=24kg/m2; 3.稳定体重(近1个月体重变化<5%); 4.自愿参加并签署知情同意书。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Age 18-70 years, either sex; 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) >=24 kg/m2; 3. Stable body weight (weight change <5% in the past month); 4. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent. |

排除标准: |
1.已知糖尿病或空腹血糖 >=7.0mmol/L,或糖化血红蛋白 >=6.5%; 2.严重心、肝、肾功能不全(ALT、AST>正常上限2倍,eGFR<60ml/min); 3.甲状腺功能异常; 4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女; 5.近1个月内使用过抗生素、益生菌或减肥药物; 6.正在进行其他减肥治疗或参加其他临床试验; 7.对研究食品中任何成分过敏。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Known diabetes or fasting blood glucose >=7.0 mmol/L, or glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) >=6.5%; 2. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency (ALT, AST >2× upper limit of normal, eGFR <60 mL/min); 3. Abnormal thyroid function; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Use of antibiotics, probiotics, or weight-loss medications within the past month; 6. Currently undergoing other weight-loss treatments or participating in other clinical trials; 7. Allergy to any component of the study foods. |
