研究目的：

1.主要目的：定量回顾性评估生命早期(0-12 月龄)及 1 岁至确诊 I 型糖原贮积症期间的喂养模式/膳食摄入情况，与疾病确诊时的营养水平与临床严重程度之间的关系。 2.次要目的：观察并比较患儿在规范化治疗后 3、6、12 个月的膳食摄入情况与短期预后之间的关系，包括疾病控制情况、生长发育和营养状况。之后，每年一次进行相关数据收集，评估膳食摄入情况与长期预后的关系。 3.探索性目的：观察并评估随访阶段的膳食依从性对预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: To quantitatively and retrospectively assess feeding patterns/dietary intake during early life (0-12 months) and from 1 year of age until the diagnosis of type I glycogen storage disease (GSD I), and their relationship with nutritional status and clinical severity at the time of disease diagnosis. 2. Secondary objective: To observe and compare the relationship between dietary intake at 3, 6, and 12 months after standardized treatment and short-term prognosis, including disease control, growth and development, and nutritional status. Subsequently, relevant data will be collected annually to evaluate the relationship between dietary intake and long-term prognosis. 3. Exploratory objective: To observe and assess the impact of dietary adherence during the follow-up phase on prognosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 基因学或酶学确诊的I型糖原储积症患儿临床上需要接受膳食规范化治疗或者已经接受膳食规范化治疗的患儿； 2. 确诊年龄12≥月龄，且年龄<18 岁； 3. 出生至确诊期间喂养及膳食史可回溯； 4. 家长签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1.Children with a genetically or enzymatically confirmed diagnosis of Glycogen Storage Disease Type I who are clinically indicated for standardized dietary management or are already undergoing such treatment. 2.Age at diagnosis >= 12 months and current age < 18 years. 3.Dietary and feeding history from birth to diagnosis is traceable. 4.The parent/legal guardian has provided written informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 母亲妊娠合并其他遗传代谢病或重度器官功能障碍; 2. 有显著营养摄入受限的非疾病因素.

Exclusion criteria：

1.The mother had pregnancy complicated by other inherited metabolic disorders or severe organ dysfunction.
2.Significant non-disease-related factors restricting nutritional intake.
