研究目的：

本研究针对直径≥1cm 结直肠粗蒂息肉，其内镜切除后迟发性出血风险高且处理困难。通过前瞻性多中心随机单盲对照试验，比较单纯电切联合创面血管电凝止血 + 金属夹夹闭与传统电凝电切 + 金属夹夹闭两种 EMR 术式的安全性、有效性，为优化临床治疗方案提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on colorectal polyps with thick stalks and diameter >= 1 cm, which are associated with a high risk of delayed bleeding after endoscopic resection and pose challenges in management. Through a prospective, multicenter, randomized, single-blind controlled trial, we compare the safety and efficacy of two EMR procedures: simple electroresection combined with electrocoagulation of wound vessels plus metal clip closure versus traditional electrocoagulation and electroresection plus metal clip closure, so as to provide evidence-based basis for optimizing clinical treatment strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）直径≥1cm带蒂息肉（广基或带蒂均可）患者；（2）年龄：<80岁，男女不限；（3）于参与研究的11家医院住院且符合本研究条件的患者(4)自愿参加本研究并签署书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with colorectal polyps (either sessile or pedunculated) with a diameter of >= 1 cm; 2. Age: < 80 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Patients hospitalized in 11 participating study hospitals and meeting the eligibility criteria of this study; 4. Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）口服抗凝药或抗血小板药物，停药未达7天者；（2）其他血液系统疾病或凝血功能障碍患者；（3）精神障碍不能配合治疗者；（4）不签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients taking oral anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents with discontinuation of the drugs for less than 7 days; 2. Patients with other hematological diseases or coagulopathy; 3. Patients with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with treatment; 4. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
