研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探究视频辅助胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者进行单肺通气对术后双侧膈肌功能的影响 2. 次要目的：探究术后膈肌功能障碍和术后肺部并发症的关系  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To investigate the effect of one-lung ventilation (OLV) on postoperative bilateral diaphragmatic function in patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic (VATS) lung resection. Secondary Objective: To investigate the association between postoperative diaphragmatic dysfunction (PDD) and postoperative pulmonary complications (PPCs).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=18岁且＜80岁； 2. 签署知情同意书； 3. 美国麻醉协会( ASA )体力状况分级评分为II~III级； 4. 体重指数( BMI ) 18.5 ~ 30 kg/m^2； 5. 行全麻下胸腔镜肺叶切除术

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=18 years and <80 years; 2. Provided written informed consent prior to study enrollment; 3. Classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status (PS) Grade II to III; 4. Body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18.5 to 30 kg/m^2; 5. Scheduled to undergo video-assisted thoracoscopic (VATS) lung resection under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1. 年龄>=80岁者； 2. 既往胸科手术史； 3. 因身体原因无法参加研究者； 4. 严重器官功能衰竭者； 5. 妊娠期或哺乳期女性患者； 6. 术前超声膈肌测量发现膈肌移动度DE<=1cm，可能存在膈肌功能障碍的患者； 7. 术前4周患有呼吸道感染疾病者； 8. 正在参加其他临床试验者； 9. 拒绝参加本研究者； 10. 难以通过超声观察膈肌功能，无法获取相关测量数据者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged >=80 years; 2. Previous history of thoracic surgery; 3. Patients unable to participate in the study due to physical conditions; 4. Presence of severe vital organ failure; 5. Pregnant or lactating female patients; 6. Patients with diaphragmatic excursion (DE) <=1 cm on preoperative diaphragmatic ultrasonography, indicating potential preoperative diaphragmatic dysfunction; 7. History of respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks preoperatively; 8. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials; 9. Patients who refused to participate in this study; 10. Patients with inadequate ultrasonographic visualization of the diaphragm, precluding acquisition of valid diaphragmatic function measurement data.
