研究目的：

（1）通过问卷调查、半结构访谈探究社区老年人肌少症轨迹变化及相关因素，分析老年人肌少症整合照护需求。 （2）基于健康生态学视域下，构建社区老年人肌少症整合照护模式。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Through questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews, explore the trajectory changes of sarcopenia in community-dwelling elderly and the related factors, and analyze the integrated care needs for sarcopenia in the elderly. (2) Based on the perspective of health ecology, construct an integrated care model for sarcopenia in community-dwelling elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄在60岁-85岁,性别不限， 2）意识清楚，生命体征稳定,能配合调查； 3）能独立完成步行速度、握力等参数的测量； 4）签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age range: 60 - 85 years old, gender not restricted. 2) Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, and able to cooperate with the investigation. 3) Capable of independently completing the measurement of parameters such as walking speed and grip strength. 4) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1）未能进行人体成分分析：无法独立站立、心脏起搏器植入或体内携带金属或电子设备的患者； 2）合并严重的心、脑、肝、肾、恶性肿瘤、神经肌肉传导障碍疾病或肌肉疾病、造血系统和内分泌系统等原发性疾病的患者； 3）有严重认知障碍或交流困难或因其它原因不能配合诊治、管理、调查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Failure to conduct body composition analysis: Patients who are unable to stand independently, have a pacemaker implanted in their hearts, or have metal or electronic devices in their bodies; 2) Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, malignant tumor, neuromuscular conduction disorder diseases or muscle diseases, primary diseases of the hematopoietic system and endocrine system, etc.; 3) Patients with severe cognitive impairment or communication difficulties or who cannot cooperate with diagnosis, management, and investigation for other reasons.
