研究目的：

探讨在C型臂透视引导下采用屈曲-内收-内旋复位法治疗外翻嵌插型股骨颈骨折的可行性及临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of the flexion–adduction–internal rotation reduction technique for the treatment of valgus-impacted femoral neck fractures under C-arm fluoroscopic guidance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经X线及/或CT影像学检查明确诊断为单侧外翻嵌插型股骨颈新鲜骨折；
2.年龄在18-60之间；
3.伤前髋关节活动功能良好，无明显活动受限或功能障碍；
4.确的患侧髋部外伤史，损伤机制为闭合性损伤；

Inclusion criteria

1.Definite diagnosis of unilateral fresh valgus impacted femoral neck fracture confirmed by X-ray and/or CT imaging examination;
2.Aged between 18 and 60 years;
3.Intact motor function of the hip joint before injury, without obvious limitation of motion or functional impairment;
4.Clear history of trauma to the affected hip, with a closed injury mechanism.

排除标准：

1.病理性股骨颈骨折；
2.既往有患侧髋关节手术史；
3.合并同侧转子间骨折、股骨干骨折等；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pathological femoral neck fracture;
2.Previous surgical history of the affected hip joint;
3.Concomitant ipsilateral intertrochanteric fracture, femoral shaft fracture and other related injurie;
